I was looking for a new stylist. Raffi was recommended to me by a coworker. He was great. Friendly and a fantastic job. I'll be returning.

My 7 year just loved her haircut. The guy at Chatters was very patient with her. Will highly recommend.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Hair cuts have been consistently well done which of course entices me to return time and time again. Appointments have always been on time with no waiting time.

My eyebrows were assessed for their shape. One eyebrow was uneven. My eyebrows were waxed and they are full, shapely, and evened out.

High quality stylist! Loved the entire experience!

Had an amazing experience today! It was not only relaxing, but I left having my hair done exactly the way I wanted! That doesn’t always happen with me. My stylist certainly knows her stuff, and knows what her clients want!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair cut, and my daughter had her hair done as well. I can't say enough about the amazing service we received! Natasha was incredibly sweet and provided outstanding customer service. She's clearly very talented and knowledgeable about hair. We left feeling thrilled with our new looks. Highly recommend!

I will start this review by saying that the gentleman who provided my service was such a sweet soul, and gave an amazing scalp massage. It wasn't about his personality at all, but I came to the salon because I'm hopeless at curling my own hair & wanted to look & feel fabulous for a very special wedding. Even though I left my curls in for over an hour to set before finger combing them out - the style was immediately flat & lifeless & looked horrible. I didn't have any time to even try to fix it myself at that point so ended up having to go to my close friend's wedding feeling super self conscious about the way my hair looked after I'd just paid a decent amount for a professional to style it for me. So, that was super disappointing.

Also wanted to mention that to start off the appointment, the manager was late opening because she was waiting for her Starbucks order. So, both myself & the stylist were waiting outside of the shop for over ten minutes for her to arrive & open. I'm human, I get that things happen. My issue was that she didn't address me directly and apologize - she just made some comment about how she didn't realize that Starbucks took 25+ minutes to make a coffee. I also spoke with this same manager on the phone several days later to politely let her know that I wasn't satisfied with the hair styling I received (but also mentioned that it was nothing to do with the personality of the stylist as he was very friendly). I didn't find that she received my criticism very well, and she also didn't offer up any way to rectify the situation (such as a partial refund, or a discount on a future service). She just said she'd take the info back to the team. Coming from management myself, I just felt that more should have been done for a customer who reached out to warmly express some dissatisfaction so that other customers in the future don't experience the same problem. I also know that Chatters is a large enough company that she would have the ability to offer something in this sort of situation. I've learned my lesson - back to practicing curling my own hair again.... haha.

Molly cut my hair and I am so pleased with it!!! She was also very knowledgeable about products to use.

Molly took her time to explain my hair and what would work best. She did a great job! The salon is unique and I really like that each Station has it's own sink.

Rafael was amazing! Such a great service and amazing job with the hair cut. He did long layers and made sure I was content with everything!
