I accidentally subscribed to the $90 annual plan on Nov 30, 2025 when I was actually looking for Claude/ChatGPT. The website design and Google ads are extremely misleading.

According to Chatly’s own refund policy, purchases can be refunded within 24 hours if fewer than 7 messages are used. I met both conditions:
- Used only 3 messages
- Submitted refund ticket #54267941 within a few hours
- Clearly stated it was an accidental purchase

It has been over 144 hours and I have received ZERO response from support, not even an acknowledgment.

This is unacceptable. Hundreds of other users on Trustpilot and Reddit report the exact same issue: support ignores tickets until the 24-hour window passes, then claims “no refund”.

I am now forced to file a chargeback/dispute with my bank/payment provider today. I will update this review once the money is refunded.

Chatly, please process my full refund immediately for ticket #54267941 and reply to my email. Otherwise the chargeback will proceed.

Extremely disappointed. Will not recommend this service to anyone.

total scam unfortunately pops up as number one when searching for claude, please be aware, you cannot copy paste code from other ai's here impossible. you need the claude app which is a different thing. do not subscribe, unfortunately it got google rank 1 as total scam site which is unbelievable, I hope google takes steps asap!

They use the same logo as "claudeai". I made a subscription by mistake but I found it out in the first hour. I didn't use it at all. On their refund policy its written that you can have a full refund in you cancel in 14 days and you have less than 7-10 questions. When I did cancel my subscription they answer that the don't give the money back! I wrote to the consumer committee of European Union and my bank for full chargeback.

I clicked a Google ad that presented Chatly as “Gemini AI Assistance,” which made it look like an official Gemini/Google AI product. After paying, I realised it was a completely different service. The features didn’t match what was advertised, and I requested a refund immediately. The company refused, citing “hard costs.” I’ve had to dispute the charge through Amex.
Posting this so others don’t make the same mistake.

If I could give them a 0-star review, I would. I asked for a refund within 5 minutes of signing up. Per their policy, I had a 24 hour window. Instead of refunding me, they asked me for a reason. I replied and simply said "it's not what I'm looking for." And they used this against me ... saying that they can't give me a refund for that reason. This is an extremely dishonest company.

I searched Google for "Claude" AI and clicked on what appeared to be a legitimate result. The sponsored ad prominently featured "Claude" in the headline and described Anthropic's Claude product, with only small text revealing "Chatly AI."

Within 3 hours of subscribing ($90), I realized Chatly was not Claude and requested a refund per their 24-hour policy. Despite multiple emails over 4 weeks, they:

Ignored my refund request for 9 days
Took 15 days total to deny my claim
Only offered a refund after I filed a credit card dispute (which I won)

This is not an accident. Reviews show a pattern of customers thinking they're subscribing to ChatGPT or Claude, then being denied refunds. Chatly (owned by Vyro LLC, same company as ImagineArt) deliberately bids on competitor brand names in Google Ads to deceive customers.

Warning: If you see Chatly in Google search results for "Claude" or "ChatGPT," it's a paid ad designed to trick you. Scroll past it to find the legitimate service.
Chase Bank sided with me immediately. Do not trust this company.

Total scam of a company. Accidentally created subscription, emailed them immediately to cancel and refund, they denied refund.

Horrible company with deceptive advertising. I thought I was signing up for Claude ai but it was chatly. Contacted customer service for a refund and they refused to accommodate even though I never used their service.

The site is full of bugs, barely works, and they still refuse to refund a clearly broken service. Zero support, zero honesty.

Avoid this scam website. Don’t waste a single dollar here.

Total scam company. Beware. The only thing this company is good at is sneakily masquerading as other legitimate AI firms and taking your money. They have totally refused to refund me even though UK law specifies a 14 day cooling off period for online purchases of this nature. Do not use and certainly don’t upload files to their platform.

Total scam. The product couldn't tally the number of survey responses in a CSV file. Because I tried several times, I exceeded the number of tries to get a refund. I went back and forth with them in email several times and they kept wanting me to get on the phone with their customer service folks to teach me to use the product "correctly"

It’s utterly useless and is practically a scam. Not only do they trick you into buying it, they dishonor their refund policy.
Stay away. It’s a scam.

Scam company. Should not be allowed to do promoted advertising on Google.

Please stay away; they are masquerading as other AI platforms in their marketing campaign, making it easy to mistake them and purchase their service. Afterward, they won't respond or refund your money. Additionally, they will store your data. Stay away!
