Mint Mok assumed the responsibilities of our previous property manager, Jia Liu, for the management of our property at Flat 2411 West, Pan Peninsula. One unresolved issue left by the previous manager was a broken blind reported by our tenant. The initial contractor’s quotation was excessively high, but Mint took the initiative to source a more reasonably priced option and ensured the matter was properly addressed.
