Poor quality, poor sizing and when I requested a return they offered me £3 and to keep the item which was useless to me. Do not use!!

Shame I have to give one star. Ordered over 2 months ago. No order, no refund. Absolute con!! Generate standard apology emails. No good to me, I want my Grandson’s present. DO NOT ORDER, DO NOT TRUST!!

I thought I was purchasing Halara jeans. I clicked on a link of an influencer reviewing Halara jeans & offering a discount. After waiting SIX WEEKS for delivery they finally arrived! A pair of cheap, badly made knock-offs!!! They are awful! Please avoid this company. It appears they steal other people's adverts/reviews to sell off their own cheap versions.

Misleading poor quality! Won’t accept returns although policy states they will. Offered compensation which is unacceptable.

Orders come fromChina although this isn’t on their site and you are charged additional postage after you process the payment

The item I ordered does not fit. No return policy. I've been offered £6 'Compensation' for a £31.25 transaction, despite their website stating "Refunds, fast money back guarantee".

I ordered some Christmas ornaments in July, I was told that the i items had been shipped and were in the sorting office in Birmingham on 23rd August. Since then no updates. Keep being told to be patient. I have asked for a refund, instead of refunding, being told to be patient again. Don't order from this company. Wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering.

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered some items received them yes but they did not fit. They were too big the company merchant or whatever you wanna call him. Refuse to answer my emails. Unfortunately, I did this through Klarna. Has and they have paid for the items so I have no hope of getting my refund back. And I’m stuck with the items. Please do the order for this company. They are unreliable and not sympathetic with you as customer they won’t give you their address in fact they refuse to give you their address because the warehouse is in China but the goods come from the UK The customer services are very poor no communication skills Don’t waste your money on them

I’d give it zero stars if I could.
Ordered jeans, took 2 months to arrive, the zip is broken & I’ve been offered £4 refund when jeans cost me £42.99.

DONT BE FOOLED order From Facebook.3 bras, absolutely no support, awful fit, cheap fabric, foam pads. 2 ‘support’ vests, awful material, no support at all. A bathing costume, cheap knock off. Pattern print hurrendous, see through when wet, ALL not true to size, far to small. Makes TEMU look good. No Review section on their site. Service offer refund, wont provide a returns address, saying to expensive to China, parcel received from London! Offered £16 refund for a £53 order. Wont escalate.

Ordered bras on 31st Aug and still not got them! (12th Sept) Ordered via Facebook and wish I’d checked here before ordering and I wouldn’t have wasted my money! 🤬

I ordered some bras, absolutely no support , my boobs are falling out under the bra, it’s some fabric and foam pads, total waste of money, also ordered on 03 Aug and the arrived on 28 Aug. Never again will I order from this site. Also I can not find anywhere on the site to leave a review

My wife ordered bras from them via face book. Product not as they described them. After contacting them to enable return they did the typical Chinese company dance around. Offered one pound refund. Refused Offer. Offered five pound refund offer refused. As normal they then provided despite many previous requests return details with horrendous shipping costs. But they did say if she kept items they would still honor the offer of five pound refund. Dreadful customer service but all too often typical of service offered from Chinese companies. Moral of story is don't order anything on face book but research via alternative means.

HORRIBLE quality. I bought 2 bras. They were awful. Delivery took long and the bras were super thin. Terrible, DO NOT buy from this website, they catfish you using false images and send a awful product. Never purchasing from this company again, I'm very disappointed.
