I rang the Devizes office on a Friday…
I rang the Devizes office on a Friday afternoon, not realising they closed at 1500 hours. I left a voice message briefly explaining my reason for calling. On the Monday morning, not having heard anything, I rang again and spoke to a curt female receptionist (?) who confirmed my message had been received and passed to the necessary department. When I enquired as to when I could expect a phone call, I was told today, tomorrow... Here we are on Tuesday evening, no call and no business for Charltonbaker who are obviously making oodles of money... I went elsewhere. Zero points for customer service which doesn't set the tone for their ability as accountants !
