We have seen our customers grow from infancy to adulthood and we have been here to support their hair care needs. At Charlies Hair and Beauty, you're not just a customer; you're part of our extended family. For over three decades, our family-run business has been dedicated to making every client's hair dreams a reality. We are true hair and beauty specialists. Unlike other shops we understand our products and try to give personalised advice to our customers. Whether it be curly hair, over processed hair, dry hair, natural hair, bleached hair we have a product for you. We don’t only cater for the ladies, we have a huge range of products for children’s hair care, men’s grooming and men’s hair care as well as cosmetics for every skin type. Our luxury hair extensions are a speciality of ours, as we have gone the extra mile to source the best quality luxury virgin hair. Our ranges include, hair wefts, tape in extensions and clip in extensions all of which will make you feel the most confident version of you whether that be at your workplace or going out.

WORST HAIR SHOP EVER THEY CLAIM TO HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR 40 YEARS BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ACTUALLY DISGRACEFUL. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH THEM. I ORDERED £500.00 WORTH OF BUNDLES FOR MY GIRLFRIEND AND COMMUNICATED WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE PURCHASING ONLINE. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS OK TO PURCHASE ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE TRAVELLED OVER 1 HOUR TO THEIR STORE AND UPON ARRIVAL THEY TOLD US THAT THEY HAVE REFUNDED OUR ONLINE PURCHASE THAT WAS MADE FOR COLLECTION THEIR EXPLANATION WAS THAT THE MOBILE NUMBER DID NOT MATCH WITH THE PURCHASE DESPITE THE FACT WE DID CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES INCLUDING AFTER THE PURCHASE. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAQUE ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC SHOP WITH CHEAP ALI EXPRESS HAIR.

This store is amazing they have all the best hair care products in one place. The staff are so knowledgable and helpful, and I’ve used their own brand of hair extensions Stephnel and can honestly say they are the best hair extensions I’ve ever tried! Highly recommend this shop I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Best hair shop in the UK. I get all my beard oils, clippers, gel and all cosmetics for the family from here and I always have. Best service and best prices. Would highly recommend.
