Great staff communication a little hard to get to calender with ai as it brought up every thing i didn't want which was frustrating but got their in the end to make a booking i sent an email from a reply i had prior and Dixie replied strataway and helped me with an invoice that was sent out then Cathy followed it up with support and advice ended. Up very smooth very much appreciated

The idea is ok, but the customer care does not give the assistance required. At the first meeting the seller told me only partially the layout of the platform, being not precise and confusing about prices and further charges. I decided to purchase and I was online for the onboarding procedure and nobody came in the meeting. I contacted several times the responsible on that purpose and nobody came back to let me in. Finally I'asked to cancel my profile and then they are just re-ensuring me they are ready to answer my questions, but nobody cancels my datas and my profile from the platform. For the price they charge, bad service...the impression is they just want to make as much money as possible. I also add that they lied on the reply: no missed, but two rescheduled sessions. It's two weeks I asked for the cancellation of my datas and my profile and they didn't reply. They did it (after several days) only after this negative feedback. Consider this before subscribing

Charge automation as been a very reliable partner in our property management company since a few years now. They answer quickly when questions arise. We definitely recommend this programm.

Used to be really good, but they forgot about the people that put up with them when it was an ugly feature light product who helped them grow. They don’t stick to their own terms of service take months to reply only to come back with tiered pricing excuses for services they’ve removed which we could do ourselves previously. They are breaking GDPR rules by refusing to return my own customers data when expressly requested by the data controller (me)

Ultimately a company who has done so much revenue chasing lately they’re haemorrhaging customers and then lie to you so you can’t leave without losing data you own and have an obligation to have/process. Utterly ridiculous

Their idea of a ‘free account’ is one where they take 2.5% commission on anything put through it, and more than £10 off of a £30 upsell. They’ve had easily £1000 off me in the last 4 years and still I’m not deserving of ‘premium support requests’ (basic data dump of my own bookings/customers and the money they took inc commission breakdown for the tax man) which used to be a self service data dump download. Disgraceful

I had an issue with a guest who was stuck halfway the online checkin process. After reaching out to the AI chat, I very quickly was transferred to a human support Alexandre. He in turn again very quick was able to resolve the issue and who took it upon him to have the techies resolve the underlying cause.
This is what I call a great customer service!

Very disappointing experience. The Booking.com test link was delayed and did not work. ChargeAutomation has documentation about Booking.com blocking links, yet this was not properly configured during my paid onboarding.

Worse, invitations were sent to all my existing guests despite my clear instructions not to do so. I then received complaints from confused guests about the unexpected message and broken link.

The system was still not working after onboarding, and unauthorized messages had already been sent. I requested cancellation and a full refund.

We use chargeautomation to collect tax payments from our guests and also have them fill out a pre-check in form and collect arrival times etc. It works great and their customer service is very responsive. Ofc I would prefer for their fees to be lower, but theres no wiggle room and we haven't found anything cheaper. Overall I recommend them!

Die Leute von Chargeautomation haben da ein wirklich tolles Sytem für die Gästebtreuung entwickelt. Noch nirgendwo habe ich mehr und sinnvollere Einstellmöglichkeiten gesehen. Nachrichten werden an den Gast, das Buchungsportal und Stundengenau an die Zeit in mehreren Sprachen angezeigt.
Dafür erhält der Gast zugang zu seinem Gästeportal, aber nur mit den Inhalten, die für den Zeitpunkt relevant sind.
So lassen sich Zugangsdaten erst wenige Stunden vor Check_In preisgeben und zum Beispiel nur, wenn eine Kaution hinterlegt und autorisiert wurde.
Der Service hier ist auch nicht zu verachten.
Die Eingesetzte KI kann einem schon sehr bei der Einrichtung helfen und wenn die nicht weiter kommt, stehen ein paar sehr nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter bereit.
Auch in meinem Fall konnten Sie mir gut weiterhelfen und haben bis jetzt für jedes Problen auch eine Lösung gefunden.
