Chargeasap Anmeldelser

Ordered a spark power bank from Chargeasap on 11th Jan 2021 still not received, over a year later for £113 But have found an almost identical unit from a different company. (Looks identical too) selling for £84. So would recommend any body thinking of purchase for Chargeasap, just consider you will be spending more on an item that will probably not turn up for a year, so look on amazon that will cost less and you will obtain in a reasonable time.

Prestigio Graphene PD Watch Power Bank Multiple Device Wireless Charger 18W USB C for £84.

Please check other places eg amazon prior to ordering from this Chargeasap!

Still to receive charger after 13 months.
I placed an order for a charger that is nearly 2 years since I paid for at the beginning of December 2020. I have continually been reassured that there have been issues at the factory, which are fixed, and that my item will be dispatched. But suddenly, there are unexpected problems at the said factory. Really terrible communication throughout. Would avoid. To compound matters, whilst the product was cutting edge over a year ago, it is now obsolete and costs significantly more than an upcoming Anker product. Would reconsider before making any purchases with this company.

This company is a disgrace! The items I ordered took far too long to arrive and when they did they were cheap nasty and pretty much useless.
The ends of the magnetic charging cables will be permanently stuck in the end of your device and will be an absolute pain to remove. As for the charger it's self it's an expensive paper weight it barely charges my phone I have had my phone connected to it for an hour it has only added 14% to the battery of my phone and the charger it's self has drained to 53%. Regardless of the fact they have post box addresses in America and Australia make no mistake this is a Chinese company selling the kind of junk usually found on eBay or Ehish for pocket change. You can see the positive reviews here are fake - as evidenced by the names the names are American of European names but the reviews are awash with broken English and barely make sense they are written they way Asian people speak English and far from grammatically correct. I urge you please read this review I wish I had came here and looked before I bought anything. I consider it an expensive lesson it's cost me £131.71 for a useless charger and some cables I've already disposed of. Please do not buy from this company. I have already ordered and received a far superior product form a company call mophie if you want a good quality product have a look at their stuff. Don't be ripped of by these people.

Can't beat the price! I would buy something from this shop again and recommend it to my friends and family. I really like this for general use as well as for business workstations. We use these almost exclusively for our business and had no complaints. I really love this shop!

It does everything I need it for so far. I got my own power bank on sale at an excellent price point and sturdy quality. A good solid fast item at any price. I recommended it to my son in law and he is quite happy with it. I would recommend it to anyone.

I saved a lot of time finding the perfect item for my phone. I love how accessible their website is and how fast I can contact their customer service with a click. I can browse it with my laptop and even just use my phone. Truly a great time-saver!

I have been having trouble with my laptop these past few weeks. My laptop is now working after I contacted their customer service to assist me with the inquiry that I sent them. They provided the perfect cable to connect it to my laptop and it functions so well. A very job well done!

This is the only shop that I ever trusted. I know I can always learn and rely on their good quality of products. I have been using and purchasing a lot of products from these shops without regrets. Their power bank is my best friend and my travel buddy!

It is very great to find this shop that sells a lot of options for a variety of electronic accessories. For me, it is very convenient since I can just order at any time of the day and of course their shipping service is very fast and efficient.

This power bank has been a lifesaver! As a student, we always do online classes and this is very helpful for me in any emergency situation. I can always rely on this whenever there's a sudden power outage at home. So, I can always attend to my classes with this useful power bank. This is my backup plan!

Of all the phone cables that I have used, their products will always stand out. Some just lasted for weeks but the power cable that I bought from them is so powerful that it lasted for a year now. Using this has been part of my every day and I would highly recommend this to everyone.

This was recommended to me by my workmate a month ago. Finally, I get to know a shop that sells the perfect quality that I could ask for. So far this is one of the most reliable shops and services I've experienced online.

Can't stop scrolling all the way with their new items. I always spend time to check their newest accessories and ended up buying with multiple ones. I can consider these as my new shopping therapy to destress myself out from work.

Pricing on every item was very reasonable. I love how updated and advanced their products are compared to other shops. These are really worth every penny! I would give this a 10/10 rate for the quality.

You won't regret buying to this shop! They have a very efficient service team, I actually don't have any idea about the right charger that will match and fit my gadget. And their customer service team did respond promptly with the right product. I should have known this shop before!

I think saving up to half the price of the laptop power bank that I ordered in this shop. I have been using my old one and it still works perfectly. Now, I bought another one for my sister because she also got excited about trying these.

I love how portable their power banks are. I usually bring this when I go somewhere far or when I am on a vacation. It can literally optimize my gadget's battery life. I would recommend this if you're looking for good and high-quality power banks.

Chargeasap Flash power Bank discharges really quickly and is unable to charge fully even a smartphone. Customer service is really difficult to contact and I haven’t heard back from them despite sending them 2 emails the last 2 months

Absolute scam of a company - stay far far away and save your money. Don’t be fooled either - the vast majority of the positive reviews here are manufactured in order to bury the numerous reports of no ship scammed individuals.

Consistently, they claim things shipped that just never get delivered to you and then claim their “no refunds” policy when you reach out for help?

What? No refund, IF I EVEN RECEIVED IT. What an absolute joke - make sure you use an AMEX if you do decide to roll the dice so you can at least slap them with a solid chargeback fee when they do the inevitable.

If the ChargeAsap team ever reads this, shame on Red and whoever trained the customer support team. Your company deserve to be taken to court for your clear cash grab scam.

The power banks quality is one of the best you'll ever be able to find. What makes the deal even sweeter is that the prices are very fair too. The power banks I bought from here are easily worth way more than what I paid for. I highly recommend you pick one up for yourself. I can assure you that you won't regret it
