I ordered an office chair that exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable, elegant, it definitely looks more expensive than it actually is.

Very good quality. we've just bought them, but they seem to be better than our previous ones. We are sitting for long hours on them and quality matters for us more than anything.

I emailed company out of hours, to enquire about replacement chair castors. I received a telephone call next morning, placed my order and received my items by lunchtime the following day. First class service.

I purchased a Goliath Duo office chair but had a problem with a screw fitting during assembly which made the chair unusable; it needed a replacement and one was promised 3-4 working days later. Unfortunately, I needed the chair for use just 2 days later. Nadia pulled out all the stops and in discussion with the supplier, a replacement was delivered the following day. The chair was assembled satisfactorily and I met my personal deadline. In my book, this all constitutes exceptional customer service by Nadia and the supplier.

I brought an office chair from them in 2022, I phoned because I thought the gas cylinder had gone and there was no issues they sent me a new one, it turns out it was an issue the legs, so I called them and they are sending me new legs for my chair, I had to send pictures, which is understandable. The after care and customer service are amazing and the 2 people I have spoken to have been lovely. The next time we need new office chairs I will be going her for them.

Having never purchased from this company before, I was nervous about what kind of experience I would have. The delivery was very speedy but was disappointed upon receipt as there were two holes in the box. In addition, the courier offered no assistance in getting the heavy box up and over the threshold of our home. Since we're not young folk it was a struggle but eventually my husband and I managed to get it inside. Upon opening, there wasn't any obvious damage so I proceeded to check that all the pieces were included. That's when I discovered a broken part, the thin protective cover for the piston. I sent off an email and was pleasantly surprised when I received a response the next morning. What was even better was the replacement part arrived the day after! As for the chair, it feels very sturdy. Being a heavy gal, I was also impressed by the roomy seat and being short, I was pleased with the depth. I've had other chairs where the edge of the seat digs into my legs because the depth was too long.The cushion isn't super padded but so far it feels comfortable. I would feel confident in recommending ChairOffice.com to friends and family.

Good solid chair but not much padding for a chair that was meant to be comfortable. I need to use Cushion.

Hands down the best office chair I've ever owned! Regular office chairs don't provide the right ergonomic set up for me, so I called Chairoffice after years of back issues and they helped me find the right chair for my needs. I've had it for years now and it's been a dream to use, I literally don't have back pain any more. Their customer service is 10/10 and for the price I paid it was amazing value.
