We have taken your feedback onboard by adding subtitles to the lecture you found difficult to understand.
Additionally, we have scheduled a re-recording of the lecture you mentioned that had audio interference in the background.
In the case of our free Fintech Masterclass, we have created it as an introduction accessible to anyone in the world of Fintech. Given the current circumstances, this meant experts recording their masterclass lectures from home.
Audio issues would not occur in any of our courses or specialisations where we were able to prioritise high level production.
In terms of credibility, the masterclass is delivered by Claire Calmejane, Chief Innovation Officer of Societe Generale and Janos Barberis, founder of supercharger ventures.
Both Claire and Janos are industry experts with an in-depth understanding of technology in finance, focused on practitioner, industry driven insights as opposed to an academic perspective.
We would really encourage you to try our free AI in Finance and Platforms masterclasses or, alternatively, one of our Specialisations which do not have any audio issues.
