How do I even begin to put into words how amazing my son’s time so far has been with Tom?

Having lost his Dad he really struggled with his confidence and felt , in sport generally , but also day to day that he just wasn’t good enough.

I chatted to Tom who agreed to do some work with him and WOW …..

From his very first one to one session I saw a sparkle back in him. Tom was kind, caring, fun and extremely supportive and knowledgeable.

He has grown so much as a person and most certainly is starting to get his confidence back and it’s most definitely down to Toms commitment in ensuring that week on week he’s developing not only as a young athlete but as a person also. He takes a genuine heartfelt interest in how his clients are and I can tell that for him it’s much more than just a job.

My son now also attends a group session and absolutely loves it.

Choosing for him to become part of the CF44 family was THE BEST decision I ever made for him and I’m excited to see how it develops.

I would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

My 9 year old son absolutely loves the strength and conditioning classes especially when he has a go at the pull up bar. Tom is brilliant with the children and makes it fun for them. Would highly recommend.

CF44 has been overseeing my S&C programming for over 18 Months via the app, in that time getting me fitter, stronger and all around better athlete and ready to compete several times. I’ve had some injuries along the way from competition and having constant contact with Tom he has Taylored my plan to suit and monitored the rehab weekly to where I’m back to 100% pretty quick and pushing on.
The nutritional guidance has been excellent and helping me get down to competition weight comfortably and also holidays, without any drastic sacrifices.
All movements within the program are supported with video explanations should they be needed which is a massive help for new movements.
The new facility is fantastic and has everything needed to support athletes and regular gym goers. Tom is always seeking out the best equipment to add as the gym grows. I can’t wait to see what the next 18 months hold working with the team at CF44.

Tom has coached my son who is 14 for approx 6 months on a one to one basis. My son is an avid rugby player, who went to Tom looking to improve on his fitness, agility, strength and to get a better understanding of complex movements. Tom's good nature and patience with my son has been fantastic. He has progressed leaps and bounds in improving all his attributes which has been reflected positively in his rugby. I would recommend Tom to anyone who are looking to have a personal trainer or want to get fitter. I can't thank Tom enough for how he has helped my son.

I have been with Tom for 18 months who had totally changed my life. I have struggled with back issues for years however with specific exercises Tom recommended my back is no longer an issue

I really enjoy the variety in exercises and the check ins with Tom, I’ve managed to lose a lot of weight change my eating habits and lead a much healthier lifestyle than thanks to his health

My 13 year old son Jacob has been part of the youth athlete programme for sometime and he thoroughly enjoys the sessions.

Jacob plays football and has been suffering with Osgood-Schlatter Disease, a common problem during growth spurts, amongst youth athletes.

Tom has been instrumental in helping to manage the injury, tailoring the programme to suit his needs and support his recovery.

You can see the positive physical results from Jacob's sessions, but more importantly I can see Jacob's confidence growing and how much he is enjoying being part of the programme.

Tom is friendly, professional and nothing is ever to much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Tom and his youth athlete programme.

My 15 year old Son was slowly getting back to fitness, following a very bad hamstring tear that had lasted over a year. He’d been unable to play any sport during this time, which had affected him a lot. Thomas was recommended to us, and I’m so glad we got in touch with him.
He worked with my Son over a period of 3 months, on strength and conditioning, building back his confidence and general fitness. My Son was then able to get more out of his individual gym sessions, having been shown better and correct form, and the areas in which he should concentrate and why. This then allowed his structured return to football.
They had a great rapport, and my Son really enjoyed every session! It helped with his confidence hugely. Thomas was super welcoming and professional, and has a vast knowledge in what he does.
