Lost card, and late fees all taken care of!
2 weeks ago I lost my credit card called it in was getting a replacement received it in the mail, activated it and then called and made my payment. And then I realized I got charged a $41 late fee cuz my payment was late. So I called and spoke to someone who was super helpful and was able to take off that late fee since I was in the middle of getting a new card. I was really appreciative I'm trying to get my balances down low in any little bit help.

Absolutely the worst Customer Service…
Absolutely the worst Customer Service ever ! I called 3 different times and 3 different foreign customer service representatives that had the worst accent ever . Their English was beyond comprehension . Then they transfer me to a Supervisor , Antonio Victorio , Employee ID anvictor . He spoke English like a pre schooler practicing a 3rd language . Listen … this is a waste of the customer’s time. Putting a non English person who speaks English poorly at best into the role of a customer service representative is the ultimate disrespect of a customer ! It means that you at Card Services and/or the Bank of Missouri value money over Good Customers . This is not a paragon for success . What should have taken 60 seconds or less cost you the company over 25 minutes of time , and in those twenty-five minutes all that you managed to accomplish was to take a Good Loyal Transactional Customer and turn him into someone that does not ever want to do business with you again.

However the credit card and app are absolutely terrible and as soon as I get it paid off again I’m canceling it. Didn’t realize how bad it was until lately so I’m not sure if it’s new changes or if I’m just now noticing.
