You never send the complete finished courses to the state I call several times and I asked to speak with a supervisor I never received a call.
Now you said that I have to rport by myself when I bought the courses I was told that I dont have to worry to send because you will send the problem is that the state receive the information but it was not complete.
And I never receive a call back from a supervisor no voicemail nothing do not try to cover your incompetence with excuses.

We're sorry for the frustration, Oscar. When a supervisor callback was requested, we did attempt to reach you and left a voicemail when there was no answer. Regarding course completion — we send Records of Attendance (ROA) to document your coursework, and students self-report directly to the state. If you still need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Bought a package thought it was 6 cat and 6 core got my credits from state and have 12 credits of one and zero of other. Wasted my time
