Speaking on results ,it was a let down , the promises didn’t match the outcome ..

Speaking for my coaching line of work which is spiritual and life coach ,they were not the right fit for my niche …

The leads I got from the funnel were useless most of them ,being friends and family, disconnected numbers and people not interested in buying the program, it was a wasted 5k plus the money invested into the ads.

If youre a life or spiritual coach ,I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I signup with certified Closer really thinking they could help me with my company, but truth is their strategy to help my company was totally inefficient, and I'm just talking about my personal experience with them, we have signed for half month and it was a very bad decision for my company because nothing from what they had promised was done, and when I ask for refund they just choose to ignore me, I still haven't got it till the second I'm writing this review. If I were you, I would think twice before I sign with them.

The service didn't work out for me, so decided to discontinue to protect my sanity. I spent $7.5k on services and $1k on meta ads for 3 months with $0 ROI (just 2 actual sales calls). I was promised much bigger returns during sales call, but left with $8.5k debt on my credit cards, lost time and wasted efforts.

PS. I run a public speaking coaching business.

If you’re planning to do business with this company, I would not recommend it. I’m speaking from my own experience.

**SCAM
I have fought with them for 3 weeks to start working but they did nothing, they promised us a refund 2 weeks ago and all they do is make excuses. James Sansone as you can see from the pictures is quick to talk but that's it. Our company is employee owned so its only fair that you get a review from each of us! Certified Closers made the entire process incredibly easy. The team has a ton of knowledge and explained everything in a simple way that was easy for me to understand. The experience was great from start to finish. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again for future business needs.

Great Experience! Learned a lot of valuable information about closing that will sky rocket my business. Service was thorough and the team did a great job answering my questions in a timely manner!

They seemed like cool people and came across with a good amount of confidence, but unfortunately the guarantees they made to me simply did not happen. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share exactly what happened.

Certified Closers made several explicit guarantees during the sales process, guarantees that directly influenced my decision to choose them over another reputable company I was considering. The deciding factor was their money-back guarantee. On a recorded call, I asked:

“If I pay the $15,000, follow everything, and it doesn’t work, do I get the money back?”
Their rep replied clearly: “Yep.”

They also guaranteed 15 clients per month if I spent money on ads and assured me that the system “always works” when clients follow the steps. Based on these promises, I invested the $15,000 plus thousands more in ad spend.

What actually happened:
• I followed their instructions
• I spent thousands on ads
• I only received 1 appointment
• The ads they managed barely generated any leads
• The system never produced anything close to what they guaranteed
• They acknowledged the results weren’t there, but still refused to honor the refund they promised

Instead of honoring their word, they rejected the refund requested and offered additional months of service. But when the foundational system never worked at all, and the trust was broken from not honoring the promised refund, continuing makes no sense, and I communicated that clearly.

Just to be clear:
I’m not complaining because “marketing didn’t work fast enough.” Or because "ads didn't work and it's outside of our control"
I’m complaining because they made explicit guarantees, did not deliver on them, and then refused to honor the refund guarantee that was a major part of my buying decision.

It's okay if things don't work out, but it's not okay to say you will refund the money if things don't work out (because "we're that confident in what we do") and not do it when that time comes.

I have no intention of damaging their business.
I simply want them to uphold the commitments they made, commitments that were clear, direct, and recorded.

I’ve been reasonable and patient through this entire process, trying to resolve it privately for months. I’m not asking for anything beyond what they themselves promised in their words.

If they decide to honor the refund they promised me, just as they said they would in cases where the process doesn’t work (they gave me two examples of previous refunds during the sales call to show me proof), I will gladly update this review to reflect that the matter was resolved professionally.

Was very surprised by the way their team handled the launch process. They were knowledgable in all things ad related including copy, filming, editing, and publishing. Best part was they were very friendly and we connected on more than just a business level! Highly recommend working with Certified Closers

My experience working with Certified Closers was wonderful, their team was extremely responsive and helped guiding me through the process. Some of the tech setup was above my knowledge but they were very helpful. I got a large influx of leads for my business and even made a few sales!!

The team at Certified Closers is amazing. Made everything seamless. Very dedicated, listening to my concerns and solving any obstacles that arise.

We had been ripped off before by similar companies so made a deal with our sales rep that we would pay half of their normal fee to show us that their system works and then we would be full fledged customers. After creating our VSL's as directed we were then dropped because their "time expired in the agreement" when we were VERY CLEAR that this wasn't a time agreement that we wanted to see their promise of x amount of high converting meetings, pre sold, etc etc. and we got 2 meetings, one no showed. When asked for further help to get THEIR system working properly we were told we were no longer on their service. They took our money and ran.

Great people to work with you. They are legit. Highly recommend

James and his team have been awesome for my business!! Extremely tentative of monitoring our operation and extremely hands on! Could not have asked for a better service.

Got onto an interview with James Sansone, seemed like the guy didn’t even read my resume.

He ended the call after 10 minutes saying, I quote “everything you are saying is inconsistent”.

Mid-way he quoted saying “I don’t even know if we can help you.”

Help me? You have a job ad saying you need certified closers and I have been certified through multiple programs and run my own offers & was looking for something to do with my new free time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, this guy was rude, inconsiderate, incompetent and I have the whole thing on recording and if you want to view what my experience was like then go to my YouTube page and watch it and let me know if I am wrong.

He didn’t even ask me what my experience was, just “how much revenue does your business make?”, “how do you have setters and aren’t making money?”.

That has ZERO to do with my reasoning for wanting to find a closer role which a ton of business owners do when they have a startup!

James wasted my time, eroded my confidence, and has zero interview experience. RUN AWAY!

My process before I started with James was completely disorganized hence why I couldn't get my company past $25k per month. I worked on my offer, landing page and automations to scale my coaching offer for wellness to $75k per month.

Honestly my coahing offer was horrible, I really couldnt get people on the phone to close, I feel like it was a self belief of mine that was holding me back once Certified Closers helped me to train someone and revamp my offer to get people into my program. I knew it could help, after about 130 days into their program, I am happy to say that cash collected I've brought in an additional $63k from my closer. Amazing work!

James literally scaled my leads to the moon by refining my offer, my offer and process was really garbage and he helped me to reframe everything to scale me up to $50k cash collected in 43 days. Truly amazing worm these guys do!

What I love most is how they handle everything: recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing management. No more headaches for me—I can finally focus on scaling my strategy and growth. Certified Closers is the way to go. Highly recommend—worth every penny! 5/5 stars.
