Illustrations are extremely deceiving. They show an impressive 3-d ornament. The specs do say
"Material: Premium Acrylic
Printed on both sides with vibrant, long-lasting colors
2D flat design with elegant shine"

The ornament is very flat - one eighth of an inch wide.

What they showed on the picture and what we received was worlds apart! Total scam!
It a shame there is no space to upload pictures.

J'ai acheté un chaton robot le délai de livraison est de plus de 15 jours or le chaton robot dont la marque ne correspond pas du tout au promesses du site et la qualité du produit bref ça ne correspond pas à la vidéo posté sur Pinterest 26 EUR avec les frais de transport honteux, publicité mensongère,, les frais de retour sont à votre charge et de plus pour le retour l'article doit être dans son emballage d'origine et ne pas avoir été testé, etc bref fuyez ce site n'achetez surtout pas !!!

J’ai commandé le pack des trois chats de différentes couleurs. Je reçois des chatons très doux mais qui n’ont strictement rien à voir avec les vidéos de présentation effectuées à l’aide de l’IA !
Ils sont loin de leur ressembler. Chat qui avance, se stoppe, remue la queue et miaule à tout bout de champs… .
Difficile de les renvoyer, l’expéditeur est chinois (…)
Je n’achèterai plus jamais rien chez eux !

Scam website. They have stolen all our photos and pretend to sell our clothes.
Customers end up receiving aweful pieces of polyester crap that have nothing to do with photos. Stay away from them

The pictures on the site are deceptive. The piece I ordered was cheap and poorly made and the sizing is way off. I am now realizing it will be impossible to return. I guess I just through $40 out the window. DO NOT order from this site, ever.

Absolute GARBAGE. I can’t believe I paid for this. What I thought was a woolen knit vest was instead made of cheap poly fabric PRINTED as though it were knit and lined with what I could only guess was asbestos. How is this shop in business?

I ordered a robot toy kitten on Cerealtube, and video in the ad shows a very cute and real looking toy kitten. Item description tells you all the amazing features. But if it sounds too good to be true, it useally is. What I recieved in the mail, is a cheap toy, that looks NOTHING like the toy I ordered. I contacted custom service, and asker for a refund. They offered me 15% refund, which I declaimed, and then they offered 35% refund. This is scam, so stay clear!!!

I feel so cheated - everything is wrong,
- the material is very thin fabric
- the vest is not lined as shown in picture
- the check and colors is different
- the design is different
- the size is completely wrong
-and -
I doubt this "Oeko-Tex® Certified for Superior Fabric Quality"

I complained to the company, who just offered a 10% discount, which I declined, then they offered 40%, which I also declined.

If you want to return a item, you have to pay the postage yourself, which is expensive as a tracking label has to be made.
