Great service but DPD leaves a lot to be desired
Unlike the Piusi website, this one was easy to navigate to find to items I needed to sort out a problem with my fuelling supply. The order was processed promptly, and correctly and arrived, eventually.
It must have been a bad day for DPD because they arrived several hours before their scheduled delivery and were just about to depart when I met the driver. He refused to deliver the parcel because he said that he'd recorded a "nobody at home" (despite the fact that I have a standing instruction with DPD to leave in a safe place) and it would have to go back to the depot even though I was holding the parcel in my hands! So much for commonsense!
