OK just tedious with paperwork ,kept wanting the pension predicted by doing Gov .UK but that kept saying zero as too young

Take too long to process, even though the broker said they work fast.
Take too long to process and although thorough checks are done, the level of detail Central Trust go into wasted days of processing the application. For example, asking me to break down £150 across three vehicles into road tax insurance and maintenance costs each month! I mentioned the garage was converted into a utility and suddenly had to go find my building regs, which I fortunately had to hand. None of this should have impacted the decision imo!
The initial illustration was £250 over 48 months for a £10k loan, however, on processing the broker said the best they could do was around £250 over 60 months - so charging an extra £3k over the initial illustration that entices you in.
