Fantastic service and helpful.
We approached many companies to help us move from our standard one line incoming call to a voip system, the whole process was daunting, terminology we didn’t understand and the change over seemed in the too hard basket.
We approached central telecom and Brigid walked me through the process. There were a few hiccups along the way, but the support staff were quick to jump in and rectify.
The installation was done and dusted in 2 hours, installing 5 hardwired lines and two roaming phones.

Brigid walked us through the instructions on the new phone, and to be honest, they’re easier to use than the old phones we had. We now have multiple lines coming into the factory, an incoming call plan to ring set phones first, a voicemail set up for out of hours calls, easy set up for call divert and an easy access phone directory.

Central Telecoms has exceptional customer service. They answer the phone as opposed to relying on a messaging service, upon finding out our needs, we were put in touch straight away with a technician.

The technician was immediately able to ascertain what type of internet connect we needed. Contracts were organised immediately online and a technician is due to come out shortly to complete the work.

Well and truly Central Telecoms, is heads and shoulders above all other Telco's.

Have had a catastrophic failure in our phone system
The company's intention was probably good to fix it , but they could not and they did not have the know how . We therefore had no option to change to a different provider and lost many thousands of dollars to move to another company .Never ever will use this company again

So easy to deal with - the new phone system solves a multitude of issues including work from home.

So far the service has been excellent. Still in the early stages and not yet hooked up but I am confident all will go smoothly. So nice to have a local representative in our town.

Follow up has been great. I wish other service providers would offer the same level of service.

We occasionally have technical glitches however I have found the staff are able to fix these quickly with minimum disruption to service. They have been very helpful setting up working from home and call routing options

Matt from Central Telecoms has exceeded all expectations with his amazing customer service and attention to detail. After spending countless hours on hold to Telstra and taking weeks to get any resolution with our issues, we had had enough. I'd spoken to numerous providers trying to find a better alternative to Telstra's horrendous customer service, and Matt stood out above all of them. While others were trying to push us into services that wouldn't have been a right fit for our business, Matt took the time to visit our sites several times before providing us with a proposal to ensure that every aspect of what was required was met and found solutions for the problems we were experiencing. If the exceptional service provided wasn't enough to convince me to make the switch, the plans that he tailored to suit our needs also saved us $900/month. It is so refreshing calling a Telecommunications company and not only getting though to someone, but speaking to a local that actually listens. Could not recommend Central Telecoms or Matt highly enough!!
