Neil helped us choose a design for our new build which needed a bespoke design. The unique contemporary finish looks fantastic and suits the house perfectly. Great company to work with.

Disappointing
Always had a great service with central joinery. Sadly disappointed this time. One staircase came wrong, main stairs we have been waiting for months, and still have weeks until the glass arrives. Not what I’m used to and then you want all of the money before everything has been delivered to site

Hi Liam,
Sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your recent order. Looking into the delivery of your staircase, I can see that you paid your deposit on the 18th of November 2023 and received your delivery on the 9th of December 2023. This was turned around in 3 weeks when you were initially quoted 8 weeks. Also, as your construction was an imitation cut string, the glass can only be templated once installed and our surveyor was on site on the 14th of December to carry this out. If you would like to give us a call on 01283 212142 we would be more than happy to talk this through.
From ordercompletion the process…
From order to completion the process was faultless. We ordered a bespoke staircase that was top notch. We collected from the works and the procedure was easy and the guys at the works were very helpful.
Cheers
