Great quality and pricing, accurate turnaround times, will be coming back
This is my first Trustpilot review, but I relied on these before placing my order, so I wanted to return the favor. I was a little skeptical at first since I’d never heard of Center City Print, and their prices seemed almost too reasonable for the turnaround times they offered. I half-expected there to be a catch or to end up dealing with a frustrating customer service experience, but everything was completely straightforward.
I’m a graphic designer, so I didn’t need any help with the design or upload process. I sized everything properly, chose my print type, and placed the order without any issues. The only thing that could’ve made the experience even better would be having tracking information. I received an order confirmation email that mentioned the typical 3 to 7 business day turnaround and linked to their general turnaround page, but no tracking details. Since the prints were a birthday gift, it would’ve been nice to have a clearer idea of when they’d arrive.
That said, my order arrived within 4 business days (7 days total, including a federal holiday and shipping to California). The prints came out beautifully. Great quality and perfectly on time. Overall, an easy, seamless experience. I’d 100% order from Center City Print again if the process is always this smooth. Thanks again!

Production Time was Long
The quality was great, but I had called in advance to make sure that the posters would arrive at a certain date and they confirmed. Yet the posters didn’t arrive on time and I lost my business opportunity.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review—we truly appreciate your honesty, even though we’re sorry it’s only three stars this time. We’re glad the quality of your posters met our high standards, but we completely understand how frustrating it was when they didn’t arrive by the confirmed date, especially with a business opportunity on the line. As a small print shop, we strive to honor those commitments, but delays can happen, and we fell short here. We’re committed to improving our communication around timelines to avoid this in the future. We look forward to the chance to regain your trust on your next project at Center City Print.

Slow Service
3 weeks for production and delivery was a bit too long for me. even after carefully reading through the expected turnaround time - this project fell short by a lot. after speaking with a rep, they did mention that available printers were down, but I would hope that some time of contact would be made to make the customer aware of the delay. I have yet to see the product - so my rating is solely based on speed of service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your three-star review—we truly value your honest feedback. We’re sorry the three-week production and delivery timeline fell short of expectations, especially after you reviewed our estimated turnaround, and that we didn’t reach out proactively about the printer issues. As a small print shop, we do our best to manage these realities, but you’re absolutely right that better communication is key to keeping customers informed. We’re committed to improving our update process to prevent this in the future. We look forward to the opportunity to make your next experience smoother and more reliable at Center City Print.

Good affordable art prints!
The art prints I ordered turned out great for the most part! Though some of them had some very minor issues, which is to be expected, the quality of the majority of them far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely amazing experience, cannot wait to order again!
The quality and appearance of all my posters came out great, especially considering I ordered 22 items in total. The prices are unbeatable—around $10 for a giant 20x30" and just $0.95 for 11x17s. They were printed beautifully in matte with proper scaling and sizing. Other places charge far more for lower quality and smaller sizes. If you’re looking for the most affordable way to get a lot of posters for any purpose, Center City Print in Scranton is exactly what you need!
