Overall decent experience
The prints I got looked great, pricing was good, and the shipping time was adequate. However I purchased two copies of my print, and one came with some creasing that made it unpleasant in the frame. Glad I purchased two because this is a gift.

Thank you for the honest review and for sharing your feedback.
We're really glad the prints looked great overall, the pricing worked for you, and the shipping arrived in a reasonable time. That said, we're truly sorry one of the copies arrived creased—that's disappointing, especially since it was meant as a gift, and it shouldn't have happened. We always aim for everything to arrive in perfect condition.
