The pitch quality was exceptional
The pitch quality was exceptional. The colors were amazing and I appreciate that because I've seen other peoples pictures at functions and they weren't that good. The only problem I have is that I did not get a notification stating that my package was being shipped and it came earlier than I expected, and my neighbor brought it to my door because it was left in the mailbox area.

We’re glad the print quality and colors turned out exceptionally well for you — that’s exactly what we aim for, and it’s great to hear they stood out compared to others you’ve seen at functions.
We’re sorry about the lack of shipping notification and that the package was left in the mailbox area without a heads-up, causing your neighbor to bring it to your door. That’s not the smooth delivery experience we want to provide.
We’ll look into improving our shipping notifications so you (and other customers) get a clear update when the package is on its way. Thanks for letting us know — your feedback helps us get better.
We appreciate you choosing Center City Print and are happy the prints themselves exceeded your expectations. See you on the next order! 😊
