Your five-star review has us grinning from ear to ear! We’re delighted the 24" x 36" posters boast high quality and look fantastic—crafting prints that pop is what keeps us inspired at Center City Print.
I got my photos really quick and they were the right size, but the quality is just not great. Honestly, I was very disappointed when I saw the quality. I ordered three 24x36 photos and they look stretched and very dark. Also, not clear at all. I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews, but the quality is just not what I was looking for at all. On the photos, you can compare two of the photos I ordered with other ones that I ordered in 2021 from another store. The quality is so different. Sadly, Rite Aid Photos isn’t a thing anymore.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad your three 24x36 photos arrived quickly and in the right size, but we’re truly sorry to hear the quality didn’t meet your expectations with the stretched, dark, and unclear appearance. That’s not the standard we aim for at Center City Print. Could you please send photos of the artwork to orders@centercityprint.com so we can review the issue? We’d love to make this right for you. Thank you for giving us the chance to improve!

What a great price, communication, and actual product! So very pleased with my large art prints for my living room. For reference, I ordered 3 24X36 prints. I was skeptical at first because the price was so much better than anything I could find - but they really came through. I truly believe this is just an example of a business giving their customers and honest and fair price, and I'm really thankful! They completed my order and shipped out very quickly. It did take some time to get to me, but that was because we got 13 inches of snow and the mail was down for a week. So, I don't know what the delivery time would have been, but I know they printed and shipped out within a day - very pleased!
