Physician here. Centene denied RSV vaccine (yes, a vaccine!) for my elderly patient with multiple risk factors (clearly met the criteria). Required a peer to peer review, schedule a call from peer reviewer which never happened, I spent over 2 hours on the phone only to discover that they had not submitted the information to the peer to peer reviewer by the time the call was supposed to happen. Entire experience characterized by lies and incompetence. As of this writing the vaccine still has not been authorized by Centene.

This guy Zulqarnain is a crook and cowboy builder. He ripped us almost 60K plus and 2 wasted years of shoddy sub-standard jobs in our house renovation project. Unfortunately, he was collecting funds for Human Appeal charity too, and Allah SWT knows how many people he has cheated over last 15 years. We had an independent inspector to assess his rotten work, and am surprised the guy is not in prison for his criminal activities and licenses. My experience is from 2014.

This is the worse insurance company ive ever used. they basically make you dispute every single insurance claim before they even pay. Canceling end of year and will never use again. This company needs to go out of business.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Centene Corporation is the parent company to Ambetter Health of Texas. Poor Customer Service, long wait times, difficulty getting problems resolved, and representatives who are unhelpful or lack the authority to address issues. Supervisors who hang up on you and people at the administration office who just don't give a darn about you.
Chyenne Gilson left me unattended while she supposedly was trying to help me for over 6 weeks in some of the worst pain I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Now tell me that's not cruel and unusual punishment. Apparently, they have a lot of complaints filed on them at the Better Business Bureau of which mine will be next. They think because I'm a 60 year old woman I'm just going to sit back and be quiet and not do anything this is the worst insurance company ever my advice to you is stay clear of them and by no means trust them.

This place is a fraud. They own WellCare insurance claiming they want to improve healthcare but if that’s true, why do you make it absolutely impossible to get the meds we need? I see what’s happening, you had a class action suit settled against you, WellCare to pay back MILLIONS that your company stole now your making patients suffer by CUTTING our benefits & denying our medication to recoup the money you fraudulently took!! Well if only one time I end up in the hospital because of you, I’ll get the hugest ambulance chasing lawyer I can find so they can file another class action suit against you!!! You people will end up losing everything. Then you’ll be in our position needing medical care & meds but you won’t be able to get it. What goes around will absolutely come back around. Your company will be in ruins & desolate!!

Worse company I have EVER come across. They hire you as a Hulu or Disney agent only to put you in heath insurance. If you complain they put you on the chopping block. The trainers are clueless and the workplace culture is horrible!
