Everybody is real nice. My plot waz sold in reasonable time. They assured me it would all be taken care of.

They were able to find a buyer in a short time. Pleasant people to deal with.

This is the best way to find a plot. Many people do preplanning and then move out of the area. The result is they have to sell the plot they purchased. You can get the plot at a tremendous discount. The process is easy and well worth your time.

The ease of letting Cemetery Property deal with all aspects of selling the cemetery plots. This includes the legal portions, and dealing with the cemetery company where the plots were located. The upfront prices was welcome information. The follow up phone calls were a big help to me.

We walked in without an appointment and they easily showed us around and spent time with us Our questions were answered and we are really happy with choosing this place for our future

Representative was extremely nice and helpful in explaining how the whole process works.

Michael Schepers was extremely empathetic and professional. Explained everything thoroughly.

Cemetery properties was great. They showed us a few places at Oak Hill and settled on one next to my grandmother. We also were primarily shopping for my mother in law and my brother in law. We found the right spots for the two. It was a very easy transaction and would do it again if I had another life!

Oscar is amazing ! So helpful and just great to work with .

I had a great experience with Mr. Gail. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Mr. Gail had the garden that I wanted to bury my youngest son. He was a U.S. Army Specialists on active duty. Mr. Gail was very compassionate and helpful during this devastating time. I couldn’t get a money order for the amount that I need to pay. I only had cash for the total amount. So, he took us to the Company bank. Where we were able to deposit the cash direct to the company’s account. I am very grateful for that.

I was referred to Michael, who was able to meet with me the next day. I had no idea a company like this existed, but it definitely helped me in one of the most difficult times in my life. Michael answered all my questions, as this was my first time planning a funeral. I cannot thank him enough, and I highly recommend Cemetery Property Resales to anyone looking for a place to bury their loved ones.

The experience was seamless. In about 2022 we met with a representative, explained to him him what we wanted and he recommended properties to us. We met him, looked at the properties, chose the one that appealed to us and made an offer that was accepted and we transferred the property at the cemetery office. Price was far cheaper than buying directly from the cemetery. It was much like buying a home and, after all, it will be our eternal home one day and we got to choose.

They were a God send, when mom passed away. There had been no plans. I was able to navigate this very difficult period with kindness, listening, and assistance, in finding mom's final resting place. I was able to purchase the most perfect lot, at Skylawn Memorial. The was just a fraction of what Skylawn would have charged. It is the most peaceful place and I visit mom on a regular basis. They even recommended the best memorial marker company (the name is escaping me at the moment). They helped so much and cared!!! My highest recommendation!!!!!!!!

My family and I have worked with them several times over the past decade. Each time our experience has been nothing short of amazing. They were extremely professional, brought us peace, and saved us money. I highly recommend them to anyone who has lost a loved one or simply planning in advance.

Michael Schepers of cemetery property Inc was a true professional and took extreme care in being very courteous, caring and transparent in our time of need. We have used his services twice to buy couple of plots at the Los Gatos cemetery. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent service

It was a smooth and professional experience.

Very knowledgeable company. They understand that their business is very sensitive. I explained what I am looking for and they helped to find a right solution quickly, helped to negotiate a right price and close the transaction by gently walking me through the process.
