I recommend!
Great product quality, good pricing, transparent process. The product had a bad smell after unpacking, however that's a complete non issue, the smell disappeared after 1 wash. Will consider buying again!

Thank you very much for your kind review and recommendation, We truly appreciate your feedback.
The initial odor you noticed is a result of the fresh printing process and is completely normal for newly produced garments. As you mentioned, it dissipates quickly—typically after the first wash.
We’re pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the quality, pricing, and overall experience.

FASHION IS NOT JUST AN EXPRESSION, IT'S A WAY OF LIFE.
I was immediately drawn to CemeteryCrypt on Etsy when I was looking for something that speaks to me and was shown⤵️
~{Fashion is not just an expression it's a way of life}~CemeteryCrypt🪦💀
I never could have thought that I could be so moved through a fashion purchase I have an amazing piece of handmade artwork and more importantly can call CemeteryCrypt family🥹🫠. Their one of a kind style is vintage🕸wicked🕷using only top quality materials,
sick staggered spike placement, groundbreaking original style that will have visual👀double takes, patches produced in house and hand-sewn🪡on in the sickest way. I was left blown💥away 🤔😯😲🫨🤯😈 so many factors it would take another 3 reviews to point🔫them all out. My many❓️questions❓️were answered with urgent response even though I'm half a world🌎 away when night is day, I asked for last minute changes to patchwork and thred color, I was treated like family CemeteryCrypt should be the example to the rest of the world🌍how something you create with your heart❤️your hands🤲your passion your mind🧠, life's work reflected🪞through original creation every aspect shown how dedicated and committed to excellence🏆a business can become a way of life a family you just want to be a part of, because it is as invested💰in you as in itself. What an experience!! I am proud to be a part of this family Thank You🙏👍 CemeteryCrypt you reap what you have sewn, may your business grow exponentially, thrive, and prosper you truly deserve the
👑best🏰that life has to offer for that is the only thing acceptable for your customers and for yourself.🤘

Poorly made, not worth the money or the wait, but cool design
I ordered the bat hoodie with spikes on the hood from Cemetery Crypt. I was told that the hoodie would be made within 1 to 2 weeks, but mine took 3 weeks to be produced. When it finally arrived in Poland, it was packed only in a black plastic bag, had a very unpleasant smell, and I received no prior notice that I would have to cover additional costs. When the package was delivered, the mail carrier informed me I had to pay an extra 8.50zł
On top of that, the spikes on the hood are sewn very unevenly, which makes the whole thing look poorly finished. Honestly, this experience was disappointing from start to finish and does not reflect the quality I expected.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback — we're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations.
We’d like to address a few key points:
Taxes & Duties: All taxes were paid at checkout and processed through the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system, which ensures that EU customers should not be charged VAT again upon delivery. We're unsure why you were asked to pay extra, as this should not happen under the IOSS system. We were not contacted about this issue, otherwise we would have looked into it immediately to help resolve it.
Packaging: The black bag your order arrived in is a secure polymailer, commonly used in e-commerce to protect apparel during transit. It's lightweight, waterproof, and designed to keep your order safe.
Production Time: All CemeteryCrypt products are handmade to order, which is why we state a production time of 1–2 weeks. In some cases, such as during peak periods, production may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Spikes: The spikes on your hoodie are individually hand-placed, which may result in slight differences between items. This is part of the handcrafted nature of our products and reflects the care and detail we put into each piece.
It's worth noting that your order was placed using a discount, which we hope added value to your purchase despite the issues you've raised.
We would have loved the chance to make things right if you'd contacted us directly. If you're still open to resolving this, please reach out to us.
