Service not completed.Service man unable to fill water tank with air. Advised his equipment was not operational.

Our problem was dealt with promptly by Paul. It happenrd when we had a water outage for over 24hrs. The machine ,it seems got cloged up and was making a terrible noise,this was a Thursday,Paul came on the Monday and changed the filters. All working now. Many thanks, G.& M O'Rourke.

The driver just leave the salt outside my house,I have to bring the salt inside myself, and the driver said they won’t take back the wooden pallet, it’s a big pallet, where should I bin them? I won’t order anymore from your company.

I have one note that if you can book your visit by your self on the website rather waite too long on the phone for soemone to answer you and book you.

I contacted Culligan last Thursday to book a service for our water softener. An appointment was made for Monday 19th before lunch. On Friday, at 8.09 a.m. I received a text message telling me that the service was booked for later that day. The engineer arrived around 9.30 a.m. Fortunately we were still at home so the service was completed. It seems to me that there is some issues in the communication systems in the company to avoid confusion. The service engineer was told one thing and I was told different.

Great customer service, quick response and installation arranged, great communication at every step. The engineer Vladimir arrived timely and was professional, polite and very helpful making sure the unit fits in the cabinet of my choice and I know how to use it. I highly recommend this company.

I have rang 6 times and have been disconnected each time, plus I have paid 180 euros for a service on my water softener nearly 2 weeks ago, with no account on what and when it would be done.

I got the email to book and pay for the service and the email stated that they would contact me within 48hrs to book a time and date. So I paid for the service which cleared on the 12th October and I didn't get any response so I emailed to see when the service would be done and I still have not got any response back and today is the 18th October. I've been with this company for many years and this is the first time I've been disappointed. This service is quite expensive and well i expected better response.

The service received was outstanding. The technician was very thorough in carrying out the service. He was also very kind and patient when explaining everything to my mum. Thank you.

Paul, the guy that came to me was very informative and knew what he was talking about. Unfortunately our water softener was beyond repair but recommended a new one suitable for our house.

Our engineer was so obliging & texted several times on the day of our service to update on his arrival time . Excellent service !
