No quieren devolver mi dinero!

J'utilise celsius depuis plus d'1 an, très bonne plateforme! (swap dispo pour les fr depuis peu)

I am very satisfied with the platform. Use the loan and investment services. It has excellent quality support compared to competitors.

I took out a loan but now I cant pay the principle back. I thought I was going to be liquidated which is fine because I can take back the collateral left over and reinvest. Now I am being told that my funds will be held indefinitely until I pay the principle (which I cant)

Despues de una semana de llamadas y correos me dicen que me van a devolver mi dinero que estaba congelado en los siguientez 30 dias.
Han pasado ya 30 dias y ahora me dicen que no me devuelven nada
No recomendaria a nadie su uso, evitadla y si quereis tomar el riesgo de prestar vuestras cripto usad plataformas fiables como Nexo

Celsius is best platform to buy cryptos. Celsius Token (CEL) is your native token which you can stake into the platform.

Terrible / non existent customer support.
they suck you into getting interest paid in their coin 'cel'. Pretty much impossible to do anything with CEL. Nightmare to change it to any other asset. You basicly need to be a DEFI wizard to convert it.
I deposited around $300 BTC, cost a lot in Gas fees to deposit, then a drama to withdraw, (24 stand down period to add a wallet address), I have left the CEL siting on their platform, too much hassle to get it off. Total waste of time.
Check the positive reveiws on this site (trust pilot). They are clearly scam/paid referal attempts. They pay heaps of youtube influencers to get people like me sucked in.
Stay away, just not worth the hassle to get such a small return.

Celsius is a great platform where you earn market leading yield on your crypto assets. You are able to transfer out of the platform with no fees, and swap in app. A must have product to navigate the emerging digital asset class.

Amazing Crypto platform.

Have been using this platform for a while and I am simply amazing by its nice and smooth usability and the embedded high security. Also, the Celsius platform and community is one of the best in the world IMO where you also get amazing rewards for using this platform (e.g., staking). For example, I staked various crypto assets for a while and already got more than 500$ in BTC rewards, amazing!

This is geat application because of that they didint get additional gas fees for the withdrawal. And i am most likely thing is first 50$ btc bounce its good for the crypto beginers to increase their portfolio to securly

Se quedaron con mis fondos por MÁS DE 90 días, bloquearon el acceso total a mí cuenta.. Si bien después de tanto esperar, solo me devolvieron el capital invertido de hace un año atrás, sin intereses ni recompensas ganadas. SCAM ALERT.

I joined by the sign up bonus and had my goal to enroll every single Filipino in order to obtain the promoted referral bonus. All the accounts of people I enrolled have been suspended. All legit people. My mistake? I enrolled everyone with my own laptop. There are other hidden rules that Celsius don't disclose neither: don't use the same device, don't use the same IP, don't transfer money from other Celsius account, don't send money from an account previously linked to another celsius user, etc (probably many more rules). Celsius is intentionally hiding these disclosures because this seems to be part of their business model, to hold assets of people, make money with them, and milk as much as possible your money with no clear timeframe to return your assets (if ever). I have collected the evidence of all the neighbors I enrolled and some of them have being suspended since two months ago with no even one single reply. Some did the deposit and never gotten the rewards, meaning Celsius intentionally received the money and suspended the account before giving any rewards. If you are from a country outside of the US, EU or GB, don't create an account because you don't have the customer protection mandates of those territories where Celsius have offices. Keep your crypto staking somewhere else.

I have been with Celsius for years. Celsius is a great platform with no fees even to withdraw you coins. Also Celsius pays you interest on your tokens you hold on the Celsius platform. What is better then that?

Celsius sur les 48 premières heures d'utilisation c'est :
- des liens dans les mails celsius qui mènent sur une page d'erreur presque à chaque fois
- une connexion à son espace (via ordinateur) impossible sans passer par une fenêtre de connexion privée
- une appli qui bug lorsqu'on rentre son 2FA
- des lenteurs sur l'appli

je déconseille fortement de déposer votre argent sur ce site/app. ça ne respire pas le 100% fiable.

Cientos de usuarios llevamos dias en esta situacion sin poder ingresar a la plataforma y acceder a nuestro dinero. No he hecho nada que este en contra de sus estándares de política.

ACTUALIZACION: Han pasado 10 dias y no me han devuelto el acceso a la cuenta. No responden los mensajes.

Pessimo servizio settore criptovalute, assistenza assente, se hai un problema puoi praticamente morire, uno perché non capiscono i tuoi problemi neanche se li disegni, due perché se sei utente italiano, peggio ancora, perché neanche con il traduttore puoi fargli capire ! Dopo di che meglio binance a questo punto in nemmeno due giorni mi hanno risolto un problema gravissimo, tutto tranquillamente senza farmi sbattere, qui per fare una cosa semplice su celsius cioè cambiare un email sto vendendo le pene, in tutti i sensi ! Per non precisare che in ogni caso ho tutto bloccato quindi non posso neanche fare una semplice transazione, quindi non fatevi celsius perché se avete un problema potete morire ! Ciao a tutti !

Son unos estafadores le meti 500 dolares y se quedaron con mi plata, ojo gente no confien que no les devuelven nada y le suspenden las cuentas sin motivo ni razon, ESTAFA ESTAFA ESTAFA ALERTAAAA!!!!

Me han suspendido mi cuenta y no sé porqué razón. No hice nada fuera de los términos y condiciones. Cuando trato de comunicarme con soporte llevo ya hace más de una semana hablando, mandando mail y nadie responde. Mis fondos mientras tanto lo tienen ellos y no sé qué va a pasar
