Product was as marked - “Excellent condition” couldn’t fault the phone or packaging.
No prob synching this and setting up from my older iPhone 6s that one of the dogs chewed
This is the second iPhone bought from Cellect and very happy with the product(s)
Because I live in the country most couriers don’t drive up our driveway to deliver but did leave the package at our local PO a day later with a note in our letterbox
Anyway - that’s not the fault of Cellect it’s just the way it works here.
Express post - just add an extra day for rural.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, trusted supplier. The only condition I could get in the phone I ordered was average. I was nervous that it wouldn’t be great condition. It was amazing. This is the fourth phone I have had and never been let down.

I ordered an IPhone 8
I ordered an IPhone 8 - 256 gig they send me a 64 gig so they organized to pick it up and send me the correct device and now I’ve again opened the box to see it’s not what I’ve ordered it’s a different product ?! So again I’m trying to contact them to resolve. Frustrated as I need this phone over Christmas but now I’ll be without.

I still have not received my phone
I still have not received my phone. I have been dealing with both Collect and Startrack and still have no idea where it is. I was under the impression that it would take between 2-5 days. As I need this phone for work it is making things harder then I thought when I purchased it. I just want what I paid for nothing more or nothing less. If I was told it would take over 3 weeks (and counting) then maybe I would not be this frustrated in waiting. Apart from when I made my first and second contact with both Collect and Startack I have get a follow up call to this point apart from this survey.

Moving my Mobile Bill from Telstra to Cellect
I'm happy with Cellect Mobile. I alredy started moving my 2x Mobile Number (my younger daugther and I) from Telstra to Cellect Mobile few months ago. I'm now moving the remaining 3x (for my wife, my elder daugther and my son) from Telstra to Cellect Mobile.

It has been 5 working days since my order has been confirmed. I have had no tracking details or warranty sent, neither have I received the phone. The website indicate shipment happens within 2 working days

Wrong Device
I already used Cellect in the past, and everything was fine.
Unfortunately, the last purchase went badly because they sent me the wrong device, and I had to return it to receive the right one. The procedure has been annoying because the courier doesn't allow me to change the pickup address online, and I even had to call them. The whole thing was a waste of time.
