Excellent customer service

I love the hair it’s amazing and it holds a curl. The lace is perfect and mets nicely. I will definitely be ordering a 3rd wig . Delivery was very fast as well.

I needed to exchange a wig I purchased for different one. The associate was very patient and helpful making the process much easier

The quality of this hair is good, nice texture, and full! They had good customer service and fast delivery!

Perfect but pleaseeee start giving options for if we want precut lace on all 6x5 wigs or not please not everyone has the same hairline thought that was basic common sense so annoying

Really happy with the customer service! They were responsive, professional, and genuinely willing to work with me to find a good solution. I really appreciated how easy and pleasant the communication was.

The customer service I have received from Celie hair has been impeccable, both via email and via WhatsApp. The Rep has made sure my concerns have been addressed and worked to resolve any issues I have/had. Impressed. I’ll definitely be shopping here often.
The delivery is also quite quick.

I loved everything about its,it came exactly the way I saw it and am so impressed the delivery was fast.

Very good hair. What you order is what you get. Got one for myself and when I went to install it my hairdresser wanted one as well and ordered. She like what she got. That’s giving consistency. Delivery was no hassle as well and this is outside the USA. I totally recommend.

Customer service

The quality of hair is top tier. I’ve been buying wigs from Celie for over 4 years!

Really happy with my purchase from Celiehair.com! The hair quality is great, and as a beginner still learning how to style wigs, I found it easy enough to work with, just needed a little adjusting to get it sitting right, which is expected. Customer service has been a highlight too; they're responsive and genuinely check in on you. It already looks cute, and I know it'll look even better once I've got the styling down. Would recommend!

Very responsive and great customer service
