Outstanding level of customer service
I have been ordering spares from CEF in Truro for the last three years, I work as an engineer on a 17 school contract, honestly I cant recommend Truro branch highly enough, Jed, Mike, Antony and all of the team are friendly, helpful and will always help me when I'm in a rush which is most of the time. I wouldn't go anywhere else, 10/10 outstanding level of service.

CEF has to be my default supplier for specialist electrical
CEF has to be the go to/ default supplier of electrical equipment and components. Purchased with complete confidence, quality products, availability, next day delivery at a sensible price it removes the risk of failure. Highly recommended for all my electrical needs.
I have recently purchased direct from the branch in Truro and on line where delivery to my door was in around 16-18 hours! Outstanding service and product knowledge from the team in Truro.

Super helpful
I very stupidly ordered a wrong item online (110v instead of 230v). I returned the goods to the Truro store who were very helpful not only in taking the return but were able to supply the correct item from their stock despite it showing out of stock on the main CEF site
