The manager Bradley Farndale at the Lambeth branch on Sail DSt went out of his way to help me decide on the right light fittings for my business. I was on a tight budget but with certain requirements, and he spent time researching the different brands and fittings to find the best option for me, later on repeating that process when I asked him about a fan that I also needed. I can't rate the service highly enough- it was brilliant.

I had a great experience with the guys from lambeth bridge .every time I go there I have been served on time and the guys there which are Ricky and Bradley and everyone there have been nice and polite and the service has been great .I have no bad experience at all .they been absolutely great .even when deliveries have done they been on time

Your team at vauxhall should be ashamed but they won’t - because they’re clearly the type who couldn’t care less. Lazy, excruciatingly slow, plainly rude, and generally sleepy. And then they got the order wrong and the agony continued.

The Google reviews (average 1.5/5) for almost every UK branch are a more accurate and fitting rating for this company. How it’s still in business is an absolute mystery.

Lambeth branch. Sharon couldn’t have been more helpful. Understood what was required and offered helpful advise saving me money and time. Fast efficient service. Mark was pretty good getting paperwork together but TOP marks to Sharon. Keep up the good work

I have used Sail St SE1 as my local store for at least 10yrs. They are usually more than helpful but it seems Terry and Chadon do not work there any more and the new staff were not as helpful. I wanted to match a product they had sold me before and showed a photo. They were sure CEF did not sell it any more. They did give me the latest catalogue but kept saying it would be best and faster (?) if I ordered on line rather than with them. I found the product in the catalogue! The online process was fine. I wanted to save energy/petrol/fumes etc and chose to have it delivered to Sail St.
I received an email saying it had been delivered. When I rang the store they knew nothing and seemingly could not trace the package by my order number. Eventually they found it ! When I went to collect it, they said there was no name on it or information for them to ring me. If this is the case it seems a strange way to do business? I am happy with my 3 purchases.
