5 stars, positive experience.
Called customer service as a 1st time customer, really helpful and explained what I needed to do.
Item arrived slightly earlier than expected so very happy with the over all experience.
Then, needed another item unexpectedly and CEF had it in stock ready to collect the same day, so will definitely be a returning customer in the future. Given 5 stars as good customer service, quick delivery AND had the 2nd item already at their local store.

CEF display camera's Bulwell
CEF bulwell has great service friendly and helpful staff but I felt violated by the ring door bell cameras that is recoding me (desplay camera's) what staff member from CEF bulwell is watching the Display camera's as the sales person could not show me the recording on his phone as he did not have the app. I am aware that cctv of bulwell is recording and it is for CEF use the company not personal use. The display camera's is activated blue light visible.

Still don’t have what I ordered yet
Still don’t have what I ordered yet, had an email saying dispatched but I ordered it to collect from store and no one has been in contact to say it’s ready to collect.
