The planters are lovely and easy enough to put together, I like that the hardware is included. The height gives us more time in the garden (as arthritic gardeners). We don't need to bend over to plant and harvest! I have two planters filled and planted and one more to put together. I also invested in the covers, the shade and the greenhouse/bug screens. It is so nice to have everything fit. After putting much time in purchasing and growing plants, it is important to have a positive outcome. Our yard in full of wildlife: gophers, birds, deer, rabbits, various birds. I love to see the animals, and I love that they can search for food in other spaces, around and not in my garden.

I ordered a 72" X 18" cedar planter. Prior to the planter being shipped I received an email from the company pitching their 70% off sale. The planter I ordered was now $120 cheaper so I contacted customer service and said they should refund me the difference. They said the planter had already shipped so they couldn't. That is completely indefensible, terrible business practice and I will never deal with again.

The planters are okay but shipping is slow. And then when I sprang for their overpriced covers (planters are not a standard depth so I wanted ones to fit) they didn’t ship on the promised (slow) date and were out of stock when I followed up.

The planters took weeks to arrive (not a problem since I ordered in the fall). They were easy to put together, but caution, none of the wood is sanded, so it is very easy to get a splinter and my entire floor ended up covered in wood shavings. Was sent the wrong legs in one of my boxes. Luckily customer service took care of that for me and sent me new legs within a week. The platform feet hardly fit the legs. We essentially had to force the plastic onto the metal legs and ended up with some injuries from trying to get these on. They're not the cheapest product out there, so it would have been nice to receive nicely sanded wood and feet that actually fit.

I have 4 of the Cedar Planters and have since ordered 2 for my son and my sister. These planters come complete with all materials and tools. I can attest to their resilience (over Maritime winters) and their appeal (everyone asks me where I got them). The company keeps me apprised as to delivery, updates and sales and the support staff are so prompt and efficient. I have seen inferior versions popping up in big box retailers - they're not the same in quality or ease of set-up. I highly recommend these planters in any size.

Quality merchandise. Planters are easy to assemble and look beautiful. Bought 2 and am very happy with both. Delivery was on time and I was notified about its progress before arrival.

I am about to use the two cedar planters because it is a little to cold in our region to plant now. Will do this next week.

My experience with Cedar Planters have been absolutely wonderful. They make a first rate product. I have 2 planters and am thinking of purchasing another one, that's how good they are.

Putting my planter together was fairly easy and it looks great. I've filled it with soil and even planted seeds - all I need now is for some warm spring weather to make the seeds grow!! I really like the height of my planter - easy to plant and will be great to harvest!

Beautifully made raised planter!! It arrived in great condition and my husband assembled it in 20 minutes.
We're using it for an herb garden right outside our kitchen door.
There was a slight delay after ordering due to a production issue but I was advised by email all along the way. Great customer service!

Love my cedar planters. I bought two for the front porch (60" and 45"). My husband put them together with no problem. I wish I had purchased the self-watering pot for the 60" before I planted in it. I did for the 45" and love it. It's so much easier to work at the higher level instead of crouching or kneeling on the ground! Finished planting just after Mother's Day. The plants are growing, so that's a good thing!

Cedar Planters makes a sturdy, easy to put together product. This is the second raised bed Cedar Planter I have ordered. It is perfect for me since I cannot bend down. I have planted a variety of herbs, onions, tomatoes and even flowers since I purchased these. Their customer service is friendly and delivery is free!

I bought my 2nd 48” planter this winter and just put it together yesterday and the directions were simple to understand and everything is packaged well. I put my garden soil in and planted all of my veggies and I’m excited to see how well I do this is my 2nd year. The planters are so beautiful and easy to build

Beautiful cedar wood. Metal legs and hardware are nicely coated with black enamel paint. All components are machined perfectly and align effortlessly. 30 minutes to assemble with the helpful video and instructions. Would definitely buy again. Superb quality, so we bought a second one.

This is a summary of my experience with your cedar planters. First off I need to share that I am a retired Texas Master Gardener. This is the first time I have used raised planter beds to grow any vegetables

I ordered both a 48 and 36 inch raised planters. Assembly was very easy after watching your instructional videos. I saved the cardboard shipping boxes and inquired from you whether I could put them in the bottom of the planters on top of the liners. You agreed that was a good idea.

My research indicated that the soil filler was the most important component to a successful vegetable garden. I filled the first 5 inches with cocoa coir. The remaining soil mixture comprised of organic soil, mushroom compost, worm castings and vermiculite. Then topped both planters with a drip irrigation system on a timer.

I have planted the following:
Cherry tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, and san marzano tomatoes. (I have been cooking for over 50 years);
Basil, 2 kinds of parsley, greek oregano,
Both yellow and red peppers, 1015 onions, brussel sprouts, spaghetti squash

I hope these are useful. Now we just have to let the plants grow and watch for critters.
