I wanted to subscribe to this service and tried to pay via PayPal. According to the PayPal notification, the direct debit went through, but I can’t see anything in my list of set-up direct debits. So I contacted the company to ask what I needed to do to use the service. No reply, nothing at all. I’ve no idea whether they’re just taking the money or if the subscription actually went through. I’m staying well away from them – they’re dodgy!

This site permits you to cancel during a billing period.
However, regardless of whether you pay monthly or annually, the billing period is set at a year, so you effectively pay for a year. Being able to cancel anytime only works in the company's favor. The explanation for subscribing is very ambiguous. It sounds like you can cancel within a monthly payment cycle, but that is not possible. If you do not want a year, do not subscribe. If you like deals that occur fairly and reasonably, do not subscribe!
