I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I can understand how upsetting it would be to order what you believed were handmade wooden birdhouses, only to receive plastic ones instead. And then to be expected to pay to ship them all the way back to Hong Kong? I can certainly understand your frustration.

I'm reaching out because your review has unfortunately ended up on the Trustpilot page for my business, which is completely separate from the company you purchased from.

My name is Lisa, and I'm the sole owner of Cedar and Tin (cedarandtin.com), a small Etsy shop in Texas that I've operated since 2014. The company selling those birdhouses is Cedar and Tin Co (cedarandtinco.com). Despite our nearly identical names, I have absolutely no affiliation with them.

I sell personalized gifts and keepsakes exclusively through Etsy, and my website redirects directly to my Etsy shop. Over the years, I've had nearly 100,000 sales and around 16,000 five-star reviews. I've never sold birdhouses or any of the garden products being described in these reviews.

I've only recently discovered that customers of the other company have been leaving reviews on my Trustpilot page. It's been incredibly upsetting to see the reputation I've spent more than a decade building affected by experiences with a business I have nothing to do with.

I completely understand why you want to warn other shoppers, Rowland, and I don't want to discourage you from sharing what happened. But would you please consider removing this review from my Trustpilot profile? I would be very grateful. Your experience deserves to be associated with the company that actually sold you those products, rather than an unrelated small business.

I sell personalized gifts and keepsakes exclusively through Etsy, and my domain simply redirects visitors to my shop.
