Happy purchase

They had the product that wasn't readily available locally and selling for a little less than ebay too. Easy click and collect. Guys instore are friendly. I'm a happy customer.

Website sold me stock they didn't have

Website sold me stock they didn't have. I had to call then twice after not receiving a confirmation email. Store was rude, reluctant to refund or admit they didn't have the stock to complete the order. They tried asking me to wait 6 months instead of immediately refunding me. Terrible store, website, and staff

Hi, our sincere apology for this terrible misunderstanding. We try to make it clear on our website if the item is in stock or not. Usually when we have to order it from our supplier, our listing will say NOT IN STOCK and subject to backorder. Of course there is always the option of a refund if our supplier is showing a lengthy delivery time. It is never our intention to show upmost respect to all our customers and we deeply regret if that is how you felt we treated you. As promised you were refunded immediately. Have a great Christmas.

Prompt interstate delivery of Eminence speaker…

Prompt delivery of Eminence speaker from Adelaide to Melbourne. Online ordering system a little disjointed though, I was uncertain as to whether my order had actually gone through. I then received several order confirmation pages and receipts each containing overlapping but incomplete information, ie. date of purchase, order number, product description, price, shipping cost, paid of owing etc. I prefer it all on one page for my records. Just needs a little streamlining. But my bass cabinet works well so I'm not concerned.

Value for money

I bought this baritone ukulele for my daughter who has. Not put it down since it arrived!! She loves it and for the price a great entry instrument for a learner !! The delivery took a while however I’m sure that’s due to postal services atm after lockdown. Highly recommend.

I found the service at Cecere's to be some of the best service I've received at a music store. The person on the phone went over and above with regard to helping me with my query given I was looking for a gift and will definitely purchase online from here in the future (Victorian customer).

I ordered online and the questions i had were responded to (through web-chat on my phone) very quickly with very helpful responses! I was also very thrilled with how quickly i received my order!
