i bought a windows 10 pro, had a little problem with activation but customer service helped me so well. +rep

I was dubious but there was a good discount on Windows 10 pro with the promise of immediate delivery which enticed me to buy (this was not the cheapest around though).

I read some reviews, most were positive with keys being delivered as promised and some reviews with keys that didn’t work but were replaced so I felt confident enough to continue with the purchase.

Big Mistake! I paid, I got an empty email with no code. I contacted them and they took a full day to respond despite it saying 1 hour reply, when all of a sudden the code arrived separately but at the same time. I had purchased another code from a more reputable and better known site (Got a discount code which gave me further 10% off making it cheaper then CJS-Keys) and instant delivery in the meantime.

I am now arguing for a refund and they are refusing to refund in the first instance and trying to charge me for cancellation but it was not my choice. They messed up, they failed to stick to their promise of instant delivery (12 hours in small print) Also their customer promise of response in 1 hour to any enquiry through website.

Poor customer service, an example of a customer promise not being delivered and my trust in online shopping (something I do very little of for this very reason) Being abused.

I can give you a list of reputable sellers from friends, associates and family and this is not one. Buyer beware, you may not get the code you want if any code at all?

Bought a Windows 10 key in May 2020 but did not get to use it until this weekend, and it turned up it had been already used (Error 0x004C020). Contacted support and they issued me a new key, without much hassle. Very satisfied!
