Excellent Customer Service, competitive pricing on CCTV

A company is judged when you have an issue after sometime of using a product. And I can say this company has been outstanding. I had a problem with one of the cameras and they helped to resolve. Will use again

Excellent service very fast dispatch and delivery

Easy to deal with, quick dispatch had to return one of my items and was easily done.

What makes this company great is they went above and beyond to install my NVR. FEZ was brilliant from the technical support and when discovered the product was incompatible the company refunded instantly. I would strongly recommend this company. Thank you FEZ.

So refreshing to speak to a company that understand the products they sell. Very impressed and would highly recommend if you are looking to install an alarm system yourself - they will guide you through it!

I only went in to buy a cheap DVR replacement but the gentleman was extremely helpful & even swapped the hard drive over for me. He even reassured me help was a phone call away if I needed any further assistance which I did as firstly I couldn’t obtain a picture on the screen then I couldn’t set up on my phone. Faizal was incredibly helpful & talked me through the process & sorted my issues. Highly recommended, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Well done Team Global!

Great communication, extremely knowledgeable and highly efficient from initial survey through to install completion. Faizal and Humzha were a pleasure to deal with and they will be our first point of contact for all of our security requirements.
