هاذا ما يعني ان التعدين اكبر كذلة لا يوجد تعدين خسارة الطاقة وخسارة الانترنت. وخسارة الوقت وانتم تحتالون على الناس يعني انا بمدة 12 شهر ربما ساسترجع فقط اقل من المبلغ اللذي دفعته هنا السؤال اين هو الربح لا يوجد ربح انكم تستخفون بالناس وتضنون انهم اغبياء لا يوجد ربح تدفع مبلغ تعدين تسترجع فقط المبلغ اللذي دفعته اما الربح لا يوجد معقول. بشهر. احقق واحد دولار هل انتم من كل عقلكم.

To redraw money they want a 15% fee paid upfront.
If the money in "your account" is real they should just be able to withdraw from that.

Seems that I have similar issues to other people, so I am writing a review to try and help other people avoid signing up to cCrypto. Like others when I first signed up I was getting regular calls and updates, all seemed to be going well for a few months, so decided to invest some more money. My advisor was called Alex, my account seemed to lay dormant for several weeks, then I got a call saying Alex had left, and I had a new account manager, but never got a call after that. My bank flagged up the "business" as being a scam, so i tried to withdraw my money. They tried to invoice me and wanted me to pay a sum which totalled 50% of what i have in my account, and that they wont release funds without me paying that. They said its in the T&C's (which never existed on the older website) but even that says its a fee of 15% of any profits made, yet they are trying to charge around 45%. Which isn't legal, obviously the agent is much help. So I have drafted up an LBA (Letter before action) and will be sending it to them. But please avoid this company at all costs.

This is a scam.
My experience is the same as Alan's.
After putting into my account on ccrypto.vip (the same as ccrypto.ai until the name changed)and watching the profits steadily accrue, the account was closed and I was told I had to pay $39000 fees before I could get any profit. They claim to be unable to extract the fees from the profits so they want more money from me.

I have been trying for weeks to get my money out of this account. My account manager Tony Cline won’t respond to me (for over a month) nor will the contact email address provided on site respond to me.

This is a disgrace - someone should investigate this business.

Everyone should be aware that this is the same company that had the site cCrypto.ai. Unfortunately the comments made for the previous site apply to this site. I invested money with this company, who kept telling me what good returns I was getting, this seemed to be born out by the reports on my account in cCrypto.ai. The account manager persuaded me to transfer my crypto holdings to them for staking, saying that they did a fluid staking which allowed the holder to make better returns. He said all this was guaranteed by their Swiss parent company and the only person who could gain access to the crypto was the named account holder, which was guaranteed under trust.
Then without any notification or warning, they changed their site to cCrypto.vip. After several weeks I gained access to this new site. The reported transfers from the one account to the other bore no resemblance, and the value was about half previously reported.
I requested to withdraw all holdings money and crypto, I was told I would have to wait a further month. After the month passed I was then told that withdrawing the account required an up front payment to the value of 15% of the account, I was referred to terms and conditions, which I never saw in the original site.
In any case I saw that I was only due to pay 15% on the profits not the whole account.
I was told if I paid this immediately then I would have the money and crypto back by Friday of that week.
It is now 2 weeks after that Friday, despite many emails, I have not received any returns. Most emails go unanswered. I tried Customer Support, they referred me back to the manager who was already ignoring my emails.They phone regularly once a week when you start, reporting good gains, and saying that if only you could scrape together a bit more they could do even better for you.
I have seen people say this is a fraudulent company and a scam. I guess like many people with a small amount of crypto and spare cash, I was taken in by the companies promises.
All I can do now, is pass on my experience, and try to help people who are considering investing in the company. I have lots of screen shots and email to prove what I am reporting. I am willing to forward them to anyone who is thinking of making an investment, don’t waste your money!

This is the start of the 3rd month since requesting my funds and crypto back. Lukasz originally agreed that 15% of the profit (return fee!) was to be paid before cCrypto would return my funds and crypto. I sent that sum of £880.99 on the 10th of June. Today, after many unanswered emails, and having contacted customer support, he rang me, to tell me that the return sum was £15000, and therefore I needed to send him yet another £1000 before they would return my funds and crypto, and that is that, he refused to send me the £10,000 worth of crypto of which £5000 was my original investment, and which we had already agreed on the 10th June. He says no discussion I have to send another £1000 or I get nothing at all.
I am not prepared to send any more, I have sent good money after bad, and my expectations now are that I will receive nothing even if I sent them a further sum.
I am more than ever convinced now that this company is not a legitimate company. On their website they mention a parent company, and safeguards. I will now try to check whether any of this information is legitimate.
