I actually bought my Cybervelo EK6 e-bike second hand, so I didn't actually get it directly from them, but my bike was missing the rubber plug that protects the charging port from getting wet. So I reached out to them and they replied rather quickly! They agreed to send me another rubber plug and although I haven't received it yet, Fedex tracking shows they have sent out the plug. The bike is absolutely amazing and well built. Pretty fast too! They also helped me when I accidentally factory reset the display and I inadvertently locked my speed at 15 mph. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company genuinely earned it. I purchased this e-bike (EK9) through Amazon, and while the bike itself has been great, I had a few questions early on regarding shipping details and some documentation that wasn’t super clear. Every single time I reached out, someone from their team got back to me quickly and actually helped resolve the issue instead of giving generic answers.

What really sealed it for me was what happened recently. Three days before Christmas, on the 22nd, I had an accident and damaged the bike pretty badly. I contacted the company expecting nothing more than basic information so I could source replacement parts, things like fork tube sizing and compatibility. I was not expecting what happened next.

They went above and beyond and sent me replacement forks completely free of charge, along with a new brake lever and throttle assembly. That level of support, especially right before Christmas, says a lot about the kind of company they are. They stood behind their product in a way you just don’t see very often anymore.

I’m extremely glad I chose this bike and even more glad I chose this company. Great product, but even better customer service. That’s what really matters.

My Grandson had a wreck on his new bike he received on Christmas day and bent the front forks. I contacted the company and they were great. I sent them a picture of the damaged forks and they sent me a a new set. Their customer service department went above and beyond what I expected.

When i received my cbvelo ebike i had two problems, the instrument braket wath broken and a screw defective. The help line was very helpful and sent me a new braket and propose to reimburse the screw i'll buy.

Concerning the bike i'm very satisfied .
It takes two rides to acquire the right reflexes and use the gears properly.
I'm not sure of the distance I can make with the bike using the electrical assist. I'll work on it to manage the best way to go far with the minimum of efforts but the assist is very helpful and powerful.

The EK6 has plenty of power, a comfortable ride, and feels well-built. It handles different terrain with ease and makes getting around effortless while still being enjoyable.

I also want to highlight Cybervelo’s customer service. Any interaction I’ve had has been easy, professional, and efficient—they clearly stand behind their product and value their customers.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the EK6 and would 100% recommend Cybervelo to family and friends. If you’re looking for a versatile, fun, and dependable e-bike, this one is well worth it.

These bikes are well built with exceptional design and features . I have the EK4 and I absolutely love it !! Quick to charge has 35 mph on electric and the assist to pedal is awesome .. I just can’t say enough good , I compared all brands and this one tops it
