I ordered many things for my new house, kitchen cabinets, bathroom, vanity, and many other things. I got so much help deciding and choosing the right materials and designs for my house was way above my expectation.

HotTub issues that never stop - poor design and worse parts that will not function -

specific examples:
Current Design Status
• Water Level Sensor (Triggers Shutdown Mode): Set at 0 cm, which averages 2.5 cm below the actual waterline.
• Water Drain/Overflow: Located 5 cm above the sensor level (i.e., at +5 cm).

• Assumption: The average person displaces 85 liters of water.
• Hot Tub Volume Calculation:
Dimensions:
o Length = 1 cm
o Width = 213 cm
o Height = 213 cm
o Volume = 1 × 213 × 213 = 45,369 cm³ = 45.37 liters per 1 cm of water column height
• Displacement per Person:
o 85 L / 45.37 L/cm = 1.87 cm (rounded from 1.89) of water level rise per person

Design Challenge
If the hot tub is filled to the overflow drain and 4 people enter:
• Total displaced water: 4 × 85 L = 340 liters
• Water drained due to displacement: 340 L
• Upon exiting, the water level will drop by:
o 4 × 1.87 cm = 7.48 cm (rounded from 7.56 cm)
This results in the water level falling well below the sensor threshold, triggering shutdown or safety mode.
Conclusion:
With more than 2 occupants, the hot tub must either:
1. Refill water after each use, or
2. Enter shutdown mode due to low water level

Suggested Solution
• Adjust system thresholds:
o Raise the overflow drain height
o Lower the safety water level sensor
o Or both
• Recommended: Maintain a minimum 9 cm differential between the drain and the sensor, including a 20% safety margin.

Stay away if your buying windows, worst experience in my 17 years in windows NEVER AGAIN ERIC

So, we are building a Barndominium... wanted some large custom windows.. the price here was insanely high, 100k plus for 23 windows and doors. Contacted CBMMART on Alibaba... by the time we were done, we spent well over 100k on items. Paid in full and waited for the container to arrive. It was a little never wracking but boy oh boy did we have nothing to worry about. The quality of everything was insanely good. Jane our rep with them was great, the updates via pics and videos was on point, they even handled all the shipping for their stuff AND from other companies we bought from over there. Yes it took a Lil longer, yes there were some communication issues and yes it was a Lil nerve wracking. That said, if you have the time you can save 50 to 60% and that's with shipping, insurance and traiffs included. The quality of every product was as good if not better then what we could get here... it takes work, and trust but we could not be happier with Jane and CBMMART.

Would give 0 stars if able.

I’ve been working g with Jackie Liu on various different projects for about a year now. I couldn’t be happier and that’s why I keep coming back to Jackie. Not only is Jackie knowledgeable in the products he is representing but he’s not afraid to tell me the truth, especially when I’ve made a decision that just wasn’t going to look right. He’s the expert, I’m not and even though I’m just one person renovating a house, Jackie has always treated me no different than if I were a large company making very large orders. He’s always been accessible to me and if he was going to be away, he always let me know in advance and still checked in with me while he was gone. He’s been a dream to work with. You have to respect someone like Jackie, he’s not some yes man just so he can make the sale, he wants to make his customers happy because if they aren’t happy, he’s not happy. Jackie is the kind of salesman that strives for perfection because to him it’s personal. He wants his customers satisfied and to him that means establishing that long term relationship built on respect and trust. Thats why for Jackie, it’s personal. He’s so detail orientated and if you don’t understand something he has no problem making a video to show his customers. He’s done this for me numerous times and it’s really helped with my decision making. He might have you measuring, measuring, measuring until you’re blue in the face but there’s a reason for it. The first order we placed with Jackie was for a wrought iron double front door. I can’t tell you how sick I was of measuring but when the door arrived, it fit like a glove, I couldn’t believe it! Jackie is also a patient individual, never once showing frustration with me and I’m just a girl that isn’t so handy with a tape measure or any other tools frankly. I really don’t know how he did it but that wrought iron door fit better than anything I’ve ever seen. Since installing the door, we’ve gone back to Jackie for flooring, windows, utility room cabinet doors, kitchen cabinets, windows, kitchen sink, granite countertops and various hardware needs. I have not one complaint on anything - if anything he should be complaining about me because it takes me a long time to measure and with the assistance of others and Jackie had to wait days to get measurements from me. Jackie has never rushed me or pressured me into anything and that is refreshing. I can’t think of a better home improvement shopping experience frankly and sadly, I would never be able to find the type of service I got from Jackie at any of those big home improvement establishments. Check out CBMMart and ask for Jackie Liu, you’ll be happy you did.
