I ordered 3 different products and paid for two day shipping (which was $29.34). I received tracking information and saw that a label had been created. I looked at tracking information two days later and it still said the same thing. I called and sent an email. The response that I got was that UPS did not pick up the package and that it would go out that day via 2 day shipping. I emailed back and asked for refund on shipping since it did not get shipped when expected. This was the response that I got, “I understand your frustration but the package was still shipped via UPS 2 day as you requested and paid for.
When you select 2 day shipping that is a type of shipping and does not guarantee it will ship the same or next day, but instead that once it’s shipped it will arrive in 2 days. Since the product is already in UPS’s hand with a 2 day shipping label we will be unable to provide you a full refund on shipping. As a 1 time apology for UPS not picking up the package, I am willing to offer you a $7.50 refund on your card.”
Ridiculous! I have no idea where this random amount came from and am very put off by this poor customer service.

I ordered the Gummies and the pain relieving cream. They both worked for my pain that I live with constantly due to after affects of back surgery twice. The order was delivered quick and the products have made life a bit more tolerable!
