I ordered some tea from CBD village and firstly the tea arrived promptly, it was a good price, the company kept me informed of delivery information and it tastes great 😋. They also included a free pack of infused ground coffee which tastes great too. All in all would definitely recommend 🙂👍

I was a bit worried, about ordering from a new company, but the reviews were solid, so gave them a try. Good products, they get back to you fast. There was an issue on one order and they fixed it very fairly. They obviously value repeat business and building their brand.

Unfortunately due to royal mail strikes my parcel was lost and delayed and stuck at a post office sat there for over a week.
I emailed cbd village to discuss the fact I still hadn't received my order when it was ment to be 24 hour royal mail delivery ut it took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
Leonard is a great guy who not only went out of his way to find my parcel and get it delivered ASAP but kept me updated all the way.
I received my parcel Wednesday last week after a almost 2 week wait and today had a great email from Leonard stating that because of all the problems I have had and the waiting time problems that were even out of his control due to royal mail strikes he is sending me my full order again at no cost.
Very impressed with the level of helpfulness he has provided and very grateful for the surprising free full order which I will disclose was the purple dank cbd paste on the buy 1 get 1 free deal... I ordered 2x stardawg 1x granddaddy purple and 1x skywalker og which is a total of 8 1 gram cbd raw paste syringes he is sending out completely free of charge. Even though I had problems he has gone above and beyond to resolve the issue and also send out a completely free order. PS just like to add the response time to emails was very quick and I have no doubt I will be ordering from cbd Village again.
