Roe was so helpful I told her my medical issues and she first asked me if I was taking a blood thinner. I told her no and she suggested the water soluable drops. She gave me some to try. I did feel better in about 10 minutes. I purchased 2 bottles and have now used it every day for 6 days. My pain has gone from an 8 to a 3. It has been so long since my pain level was so low. It is a true miracle

Only offer 1 type of sample so you dont even get to try what you actually want before you buy it! And they wont list which color is best for what until you ask. I wanted something to sleep. They gave me white (only option) and I paid for the sample so now its just wasted money. Contacted customer service and their suggestion was to buy the bottle of the one they told me would help with pain! No sample on that! And its all the same price so thats not the issue! Smh. Do better shaman!

I have not made an online purchase but Lilith and Monique at the Coral Springs store are both amazing. They are knowledgeable, and the store is amazing too. Very clean, quiet and nice shopping experience. Will be using them for a long long long time.

One of the items I ordered still says “in stock” on the website, but when my package arrived it was missing and there was small note that said “back ordered” with no expected shipping date. I was never notified of this when placing my order, or when it shipped. I have not heard back from their customer service. When you call their support number it puts you on a loop where it rings, then asks you to choose a number, over and over. There is no voice mail or actual human support. So far this looks like a scam company with terrible customer service.

Not sure about online but I have been to the store in Lakewood OH. Great knowledgeable staff and tons of products. Found alternatives for anxiety and chronic back pain

I love this company's CBD cream. However, in Houston, these stores go out of business so fast that I can not keep up with it. 3 stores nearby went out of business. I went today to the store advertized as "The Original Houston American Shaman CBD Store." They recently stopped carrying almost all American Shaman products. They gave me the address of two other American Shaman stores. One does not exist, as the address is very close to my house and it is an empty lot. I went to the other store and it was closed, though I was well within normal business hours. Product is good, but retail marketing is a dumpster fire. I called their main customer service number to see if I could order the product to have it shipped. Of course, no one answered. So I submitted an e-mail on their website. No reply yet. GRRRRRRR!

I later went to my 4th American Shaman CBD store today and it exists, it sells their products, and it was open during normal business hours. He asked me if I wanted to sign up for a membership of some sort. I replied that I did not expect his store to still be in business long enough to extract any value from membership discounts. Love to be wrong about that.

Have been using their CBD Water Soluble and Topical Cream for about 8 months. It has been amazing for my arthritis. Thanks American Shaman!

Great website with quality products. I suffer from chronic back pain and i use the water soluble and topical cream together. Both products have made an incredible difference with how i live my life. I have never felt better and I continue to use it daily. Their pet products are also great for my dog Honey. She is older and has joint problems. She also has problems with something simple as walking around. I use the Canine tincture paired with the soft dog treats and it has helped her tremendously.
