the backup and restore process is super easy for new user as well as for the free users

This is a garbage product and a garage company with garbage support. Do not bother buying it, stay away. I purchased the premium package and the product has a glitch which keeps logging out my account and I lose all my scheduled backups. I have been grilled by my office manager for losing client's backup. I have reached out to support so many times advising the issue, their response was ( there might be a problem with your network, please check it out). What a sad looking respond. This is a cloud product and the account login should not time out, unless specified in the product code when developing the software/App. Inside the GUI there are no options to trigger the account login timeout. In the main login page, there is a Keep me logged in box to tick that I keep ticked all the time, still does not work, I get logged out of the account on the daily basis 5 to 10 time a day and lose backups. I use other cloud products on the same server and I never get logged out. I am going to make sure to write a review on every social network to make sure no one buy this garbage of a nightmare product. Shame on you for taking people's hard earning money and not fixing your sad product’s issues. I have screenshots and emails corresponding with CBackup support as evidence to prove my negative review for this sad product. I wish there was an option where you can write a review and select below -100 stars.

When I think of the word, "sync", I think of two-way sync. In other words get both locations in sync. This product does NOT do that. I have a local 2TB HD and I tested it by trying to sync one folder. It doesn't sync, it copies. Also, when I seleceted the two filders I wanted to sync, on the cloud side it created a NEW folder with the same name of the folder I wanted to "sync" to. This means it copied EVERYTHING when it didn't have to. It took 3 days.

For instance, I had a folder locally called, "guitar". I attempted to "sync" it to a Drop Box folder called, "guitar". Instead of sync'ing, it created a completely new folder within "guitar" called guitar and copied EVERYTHING. That's hardly a sync. Since I could have just done a direct copy and gotten the same results, I will be cancelling my subscription.

I create Cbackup account WITHOUT connecting it to another cloud storage account, 10Gb is all I have. But they don't allow me to delete files. I tried to contact their support email and they confirm I cannot delete my own files!

Downloading files also problematic. It says that I need to download Cbackup client in order to download large files, but I already have the client and I can't find a way to view my files and download it.

Stay away from this service, they practically scammers: stole your files, deceiving you to upload your files into their service and when you need it back, you can't download it. No matter what happen, just avoid!

Avoid!

Once you have stored your backup files onto their servers it is impossible to access them, either online or through the client application. That means, if you want to erase your files that are stored on their servers, you can't, it's simply impossible! That also means, if you delete the backup task on your client, your files will remain on their servers forever and you will never know what they are going to do with them.

If you try to contact them to ask why it's like that, you'll get no answer.

Moreover their client software is clunky, as it easily gets endlessly stuck in a single backup task, for example for hours and hours it gets stuck at "Counting files number".

As I've said, avoid.
