Ordered a dell monitor which arrived and wouldnt switch on. Matt at Cave was very quick to order a replacement and a collection of the faulty monitor. He also called to personally apologise which was a nice touch. Despite the faulty goods i wouldnt hesitate to use cave again. Good customer service.

Just bought a pair of monitors from Cave-Direct. Ordered 5pm on Friday and they had arrived by Tuesday lunchtime. Very pleased with the product and delivery speed. Only criticism: the order tracking on the website still has status 'Processing' - it would be nice if this was updated when the item has shipped, so that I knew it was on the way. But it was a pleasant surprise none the less.

Bought a hub for working from home, worked perfectly fast deliver great communication. No fault of the cave the unit died 11 months in...no problem after a few checks they sent a replacement out within 2 days. Very pleased great service will definitely use again.

Was sceptical at first given the small number of reviews but was pleasantly surprised! Easy ordering process, lots of emails with updates on order status and really quick delivery. Super impressed and would definitely use again!

I made an order, it was processed quickly. However right after they found out it's out of stock, there was an email to me asking if I wanted to change to another item or refund. I chose refund and the money was back immediately. Quite regretful that I didnt get what I want, but the whole process was neat and clear.

My order arrived within 23 hours from placement and was extremely well packaged. I would not hesitate to order from again and will recommend the provider.
