Formation services include entity setup, bylaws drafting, EIN registration, and preparing and filing your federal tax-exemption application. Compliance services cover annual report filings, registered agent services, charitable solicitation registration across states, and board governance support, so your organization stays in good standing with both the IRS and your state's regulators. Beyond initial setup, we offer ongoing service packages designed to take administrative burden off your plate so your team can focus on the mission that matters, not paperwork. We built Causeway because too many nonprofits lose momentum, or worse, lose their tax-exempt status, over avoidable compliance mistakes. Causeway will get nonprofit approval and leave you happy!

I worked with Liz previously to establish a nonprofit 501(c)(3). She and team submitted all the paperwork and got the approval I could never have gotten alone. Our conversations always left me feeling good because of her kind patience and great explanations. She will go above and beyond and never let you down!
