Dear Chad,

We sincerely apologize for the delays you experienced with your order and for the lack of timely communication from our customer service team. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations.

The holiday season brought a much higher demand than we anticipated, and while this isn’t an excuse, it’s clear we fell short in planning and delivering the level of service our customers deserve. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we want to make things right.

To address this, we’ve issued you a full refund, and we would like you to keep your order as a small token of our apology. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it highlights areas where we need to improve. Rest assured, we are taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for giving us the opportunity to learn and grow. We hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future.

Best regards,
Catastic Team

Terrible website

On the website, you are unable to give low ratings. YOU CAN ONLY GIVE GOOD REVIEWS ON THEIR PRODUCTS AS IT WILL MARK IT AS 'DUPLICATE' AND MAKE YOU UNABLE TO RATE IT.

You are also not given the correct quality item. I purchased a hoodie and it was surprisingly different from what I asked for and looked much cheaper made than shown. This website is a SCAM.

Dear Nathan,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. I am truly sorry for the disappointing experience you had with your order, and I completely understand your concerns regarding the product quality and the review process on our website.

To address the product issue, we have removed the hoodie you mentioned from our store, as we are committed to ensuring that all items meet our quality standards. Regarding the review system, I want to clarify that only logged-in customers can leave reviews to ensure authenticity, and we are currently working on resolving any technical issues that may have prevented your review from being posted.

Additionally, I would like to offer you a full refund for your order as a gesture of goodwill. Please contact our customer service team at support@catastic.pet and they will be happy to assist you with the refund process promptly.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make things right. Your experience matters to us, and we are committed to improving our products and services.

Just wanted to drop a huge shoutout for the awesome experience! You guys never disappoint. My kitty is head over paws for the toys and that bed I got. It's basically her throne now. Your team is like having cat whisperers on speed dial. Fast, friendly, and they know their stuff! Keep up the fantastic work. You've got a customer for life right here!

Highly recommend

I ordered two hoodies, one for me and one for my kid. Unfortunately the one for my kid was too small, and after contacting the customer service they promised to send a bigger size free of charge!
What ever questions I had about my ordered, the customer service always answered immediately. Would absolutely recommend them, very lovely and caring customer service! Thank you again!!

Amazing support

I ordered a wrong size shirt, and the customer support was such helpful to help me. They agreed to sent me a free shirt a size bigger. 10/10 would order from here again!
