Over the past year and a half I have been doing a level 3 Digital Infrastructure Engineer apprenticeship through Catapwlt.

Firstly I’d like to thank Shawn for the effort he puts into his sessions as he makes a great effort in ensuring his sessions are engaging and informative. He’s also very good at conveying information and ensuring all members of the group understand what he’s teaching. Shawns sessions were the best there as he offered the opportunity to do coursework but also offered the opportunity to learn whatever he had planned for the session.

Edwards sessions were a good opportunity to complete any outstanding coursework and he was willing to help when possible.

Helen was also very supportive when informing students on what steps to take after the apprenticeship too. She was also very supportive throughout the apprenticeship with any issues relating to the course or workplace.

Id recommend Catapwlt as a learning provider to any apprentice or anyone looking to complete a certification. What I will also recommend is to research the company you plan to do your apprenticeship with.

I feel one area that can be improved would be Catapwlts engagement with the employer. During the interview process my employer promised much more than they actually delivered. I don't feel my employer offered a fair opportunity to learn and develop my skills as I was given the same tasks over and over again throughout the apprenticeship. My workplace responsibilities did not suit the apprenticeship curriculum. When there was opportunities to learn more in the workplace my employer chose not to involve me and only focused on the permanent member of staff. I feel that my workplace took advantage of the apprenticeship scheme and failed to follow through on their promises.

From beginning to end, my experience in the CompTIA Tech+ course with Catapwlt has been lovely. They provided all the knowledge needed to complete the exam through engaging lessons within a warm and safe environment.

Ann was an amazing tutor. Delivering the content with passion and making sure everyone got involved, which helped me to grow my confidence in communicating with others.

My tutor Ann was lovely and I found the whole experience very informative. Catapwlt provide a great environment to learn. They also offer many different things ranging from help with CVs to interview prep.

I would highly recommend them.

I didn’t know what to expect when I first joined the Security+ course, but I’m genuinely glad I did. The whole 12‑week experience was excellent. Harpreet was a fantastic tutor who explained everything clearly and made each session engaging. The group was supportive and fun, which made learning much easier.

The communication from the Catapwlt team has been amazing throughout — always quick, helpful, and genuinely supportive. Passing my Security+ exam shows just how valuable the teaching and guidance were.

I’ll definitely be looking at more courses with them in the future. Highly recommended

I was a bit skeptical when Catapwlt reached out to me to undertake the course but a bit of research showed the company to be genuine. The course was in-depth and covered all the areas which I needed to pass the CompTIA Security+ and the trainer was spot on. All the other staff are really helpful too. I can't recommend them enough!

I studied the Data+ course with Catapwlt and found it really beneficial. I run a digital marketing company and use data in my reporting and analytics. The course helped me understand the different methods of sourcing and presenting data.

The tutor was approachable and the support offered throughout was fantastic. The team would regularly check in to find out how I was finding the course and were very supportive with exam preparation. Looking forward to studying another course with Catapwlt! Thank you everyone!

The application process was seamless with clear communication. My tutor, Ann, was passionate about her work and tutored my class effectively. We were presented with so many opportunities from job interviews to work experience and CV prep. They also encouraged teamwork to build confidence, all while teaching us the exam content. The Director, Demi, is efficient at her job and willing to support at every turn. They all encouraged feedback throughout the entire course to find areas of improvement. The Catapwlt team have been the most friendly and inclusive people I've had the pleasure of working with throughout my working career.

I've had plenty of guidance and support as I begin my IT career which is hard to find elsewhere.

Not only have they provided one on one support, but have assisted in contacting employers for potential opportunities which has led me on the right path to gaining an apprenticeship.

I have done 2 curses with catawplt now and cannot praise them enough.
Both were difficult courses which I have passed and moved on to use within my career.

The Team is amazing. They are supportive with anything and everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable enough to point out improvements.
They are HUGE into continuous improvement which means that everything keeps getting better through feedback.

Would definitely do another course with them and would definitely recommend to anyone considering them - To use them!

I had a fantastic tutor in Edward Johns , he explained everything well and made the course material easy to understand , a weekly friendly atmosphere that made a positive learning experience

The overall experience has been great. Each session with Ed was enjoyable and interactive, unlike some online courses I’ve been on before. Ed always made sure to keep us all engaged and interested, while giving us great tips for the exam itself.
